What a Great Band . Very Under-Rated. These guys were Top-notch Musicians ( listen to the guitar solo from: Welcome Innervision ). Carlos Rios was a Monster on guitar. I saw them live in NYC, ( front row / dead center ) and they sounded incredible.
I searched out who was singing those high notes on "Innocent Man" while watching Billy Joel's Moscow Concert from 1987 on AXS tonight. My search took me to Pete Hewlett and ultimately here. I don't remember this band, but like the vibe. And Pete's pipes blow me away!

Stephen Dees kind of reminds me of Tommy Shaw from Styx. Just his general looks and mannerisms; the voices are radically different.

Novo Combo was a really cool band. They were never appreciated as I think that they should have been.
