Thanks for checking it out!! The one that you said you liked in this guide, Jaehyun, is also the same member you’ve like in previous vids lol so I guess he’s your bias?😂
This guide wasn't the best and some of the clips were mad old lol. But couple things to help a little: Pronunciation: Taeil = Tay-eel Taeyong = Tae-yong Doyoung = Doe-young Jaehyun (ya boy) = Jay-hyun Jungwoo = Jung-oo Haechan = Hay-chan 'Hyung' means older male/brother. This is what a member would call another member if he's older that him. Example: Haechan (2000) would call Taeil (1994) "Taeil hyung". To leave off the "hyung" and just call an older member by his first name would be considered mad disrespectful. The other terms Koreans use to address different genders too depending on age are oppa, unnie and noona. Maknae (mak-nay) means "youngest". Haechan is technically THE official maknae of this group because again, he's the youngest but some people will say "maknae line" to group together the "babies" lol. Aegyo (egg-yo) is something you might see/hear referenced a lot. It's a cultural thing for them, it means acting cutesy. It's kinda like Japanese and their obsession with "kawaii". For some reason they love forcing idols to "do aegyo" (like when they go on tv shows and such) and 99.9% of them hate doing it but fans love it. It's ridiculous but you get used to it and thankfully it's a slowly dying trend. On another thing that might be a bit of a cultural shock if you go further down the rabbit hole is how close the boys are, like touching/hugging etc. might come off weird/sus to Westerners but it's perfectly normal there. And I guess I gotta say to put certain things you might see in context is that the "idol industry" in Korea comes with some very strict rules on physical/beauty standards and behavior that can suppress a lot of their actual personality. Some of these labels media-train their groups to death. They literally have to be "idols", perfect and wholesome. e.g they're not allowed to date (publicly) or be obvious in interactions with girls/other girl groups (unless they're working together) because their fans get rabid and will literally leave the fandom/cancel them/send death, threats, they can't like gain weight, can't grow out a beard/facial hair etc. Gets even stricter for the girl groups too. It's kinda wild but it's a global billion dollar industry because of it (though a lot of the rules are slowly changing too)
The one you said was best is Jaehyun (Jay-HeYun (like nun)) it is two syllables not three….you know the more you dive into this group, you’ll be soon calling him Jamal 💀 but you can call him Jay for short
This guide always pisses me off 😂
Whoever made that guide did Haechan dirty. Picked a horrible clip for the vocal line part. It didn’t really show how good he is.

I always felt like Jaehyun had a different style of singing than the rest. I feel like he is in between rapping and singing 😂

This was not the best video for introduction tho it was mad confusing hahahaha

Gracias por reaccionar a los neos, pero te recomiendo que busques la guía de NCT 2024, ya que está actualizada 💚
