I feel bad for the daily struggle of this poor woman & her son. But why buy fish when you should try to catch some nearby in the river? It will help you to save money for more rice & noodles. I'm glad she found work. Hopefully, they will continue to employ her as needed. It looks like a big project that will hopefully still need help for a time. At least she can make more money. I wish the comrade would find her hopefully when he is out looking for the thief. My fear is that the thief will steal what little she has.
