I wonder if it’s to do with level of intelligence or rather how developed the intelligent part of the brain is? Almost like evolution in action.
Like they have realised that strength and power is nothing without thought or intelligence.
Now to try and introduce this theory to some gyms.

We would do it in my mother's room because she had a queen size bed and there was one of those universal weight machines we used as the top rope. One day I pretended to bounce off the ropes and cracked the drywall at the head of the bed. We were freaking out but then I got the brightest idea in the history is humankind. The wall had this wall paper that was almost plastic like so I heated up a knife and tried to melt the wall paper back together like Rambo sealing a wound😂😂😂.

The average silverback is as strong as 10 to 15 humans !!! Bc of their longer arms and different skeletal structure, they can't bench weigths like humans. But scientists calculated that if they could...the average silverback would be able to bench up to 4000 lbs !!! The alltime world record for a human is somewhere near 800 lbs. The average strong guy in the gym probably maxes out between 250 and 300 lbs. Just as a comparisson how strong these apes are.
