As a person who's paper dragons turned our awful, this is a nice and easier way! You would be able to create lore and dragons much faster, that will save a lot of time, but, of course, we can't let the original community die out.
By the way you can just stick two dragon sides at the sides and it will look like a paper puppet :) That would be usage just as the base, but I think making a cup puppet is far more interesting than that.
I managed to make a mushroom dragon out of a paper cup. I think this is such a good idea as it teaches kids to recycle paper cups to make little puppets!
