But she was very young about 15-16 years when she used the mantra for Karna. She did it out of curiosity. I agree that she should have told her family about this and they could have arranged her marriage and then Karna's life would have been better but if this happened Mahabharat nhi hoti or hume itna kuch seekhne ko nhi milta. No hatred to any character. So don't blame her for that.

If THOU ART UNABLE to RESIST the FIERCE SON of RADHA today, as he is careering in battle, give this thy Gandiva today to some other king, that may be thy superior in (the use and knowledge of) weapons. If that be done, the world will not then behold us bereft of sons and wives, deprived of happiness in consequence of the loss of kingdom, and sunk, O son of Pandu, in an unfathomable hell of great misery. It would have been BETTER FOR THEE IF THOU HADST NEVER BEEN BORN in the womb of Kunti, or having taken thy birth there, if thou hadst come out on the fifth month an abortion, than to have, O prince, thus come away from battle, O THOU OF WICKED SOUL! What man is there born of a respectable family that would break the plate after having dined from it! Even if one desireth to make such an alliance, yet remembering all the services he hath received, who is there, desirous of happiness, that ACTS SO RASHLY? That Pandava disregarding us and thee too hath today outraged Subhadra, desiring (to compass) his own death.
6) Lord Shiva (Kirata) to refered Arjuna as 'Egostic Wretch'
PROUD of thy strength, it behoveth thee not to impute thy own fault to others. Thou art thyself IN FAULT, O WRETCH, and, therefore, shalt not escape from me with
7) Arjuna himself accepted that he was wicked soul person
Thus addressed by that foremost of men, Arjuna, in great sorrow answered Keshava, saying, "I shall, putting forth my strength, slay my own self by whom this wicked act hath been done."
8) Arjuna was sinful person confessed by Sanaya
"Sanjaya said, 'Having addressed these harsh and exceedingly bitter words unto his eldest brother and thereby committed a venial sin, the intelligent Savyasaci of calm wisdom, who is ever actuated by the fear of defection from virtue, became very cheerless.
9)Arjuna was sinful wicked wretch as confessed by jaydratha
He who in Pandu's soil was begotten by Indra under the influence of desire, that wicked wretch is thinking of despatching me to the abode of Yama!
10) EVIL QUALITIES OF ARJUNA : And the gods and the Danavas beheld that terrible weapon in its embodied form stay by the side of Arjuna of immeasurable energy. And whatever of evil there had been in the body of Phalguna of immeasurable energy was all dispelled by the touch of the three-eyed deity

Yes. Nowadays women are strong and independent. That was DwaparYug. The rules of the society was different. Even now, if someone who is not ready for a child sees a positive pregnancy test they will not keep the child.

Kunti did not conceived she became mother without being pregnant. Had she been pregnant before her wedding, everyone in her family atleast would've known about it.
Kunti conceived and gave birth, but on condition that once she gave birth, her virginity would be restored.

Maybe the boon should have been you can only use this once you are married or are at such a situation that one is capable for the boon. But again all the characters are proving a point....and Karna would not have been the unsung hero. But I will never understand why she didn't go to a ashram and have them adopt Karna. For during that time era, they would have kept her secret and he would have been protected. But again like all young teenagers that have a unplanned child she was scared as that was exactly her situation. She also thought she would never see him again.......Fate had other plans. Plus curiosity killed the cat.
