I just download back BA japan ver. yesterday after knowing this boss and the compensations. This morning just hit GOZ Extreme, I don't have enought mythic attack students and don't know the mechanism, end up time out in the end. It just look like piece of cake when you fighting it.
I know there is a lot of hate over goz, but hear me out. Goz is overall an awesome concept, but the way it is executed ruined it. It literally sums up the most unbalanced datas from multiple bosses, and that's what ruins it. to me, fighting goz is pretty fun. the 1st phase can be hard to manage without wakamo, but generally isn't too much of a problem; the 2nd phase actually feels more interactive than any other total assault boss i've ever encountered, it's like you are literally at one of those conventions, playing games. with the appropriate students(a.k.a Yuuka (Sportswear), she's a literal necessity that can't rlly be replaced by anything else and wakamo for phase 1) goz actually feels somewhat fun. with some stat nerfs I can see it being an actually fun boss.
@@resasesd I think Goz is pretty fun too, the main thing that people hate on is the rng but I think that's what makes it fun as you have to actually react to what the boss does. For speedrunners this is bad because they're trying to do the fastest strat that requires Goz to do exactly what they're hoping for, but for people who don't care about time I think it makes it more interesting. The other problem with Goz that I think is legitimate is the unit lock, for the longest time Goz clears were predicated on having SShizuko (event welfare) and TYuuka (limited). So a lot of people felt like they weren't even allowed to try. With Shizuko being archived she does become more accessible at least, and now there's a gacha unit with S.Eimi + the boss is dying so fast we probably don't even need a repo+shield for p1 so that part is slowly getting solved.
When I first enter p2, I reset until the right goz is the real one. After the spotlight attack the clones will vanish and Goz will do an animation, during this animation I cast S.Izuna, this puts the focused fire debuff on him after he cleanses so there is no need to guess after he reappears. There is only one moment in this video where I put S.Izuna debuff on too early so it got cleansed. I could see the middle one was fake because my autos weren't doing damage, so I just took a guess with the Haruna shot to see if the right one was real before I repositioned the party toward the real one. If I was wrong then I would have used Shizuko to reposition to left.
@@Raidou_ there also a Red card when he throwing card after he spawning clones, the real one only have black card but this animation is so damn quick and sometimes very hard to spot.
you can set the game to 1x speed and/or utilize the slow motion when you use a student's skill(or ya know, just use swimwear isuna or wakamo to apply a mark)
Congrats on beating it! My emulator experience hasn't been that stable so I've switched back and forth between LDPlayer and Bluestacks when one starts crashing after an update but I don't remember which one I was using at the time.

You need to reposition out of them using a group mover like T.Yuuka, S.Shizuko, Kotori or Fuuka. The first two are better since Goz does less damage when he hits a shield.
you would need something to move your students as they basically have no intelligence and stays in place without command(like sportwear yuuka, arguably the most necessary student for goz)

Nice now I'll have to do this without gym yuuka and ny mutsuki
Best bet would probably be to borrow Yuuka and try Haruna+Chise for t1.
How do you know which GOZ is the real one? I know the real one only throws black cards but at x3 speed how are you able to see it?

the middle one is never real too so it's 50/50 if you miss the cards anyways

You can do B.Akane if you pulled her, otherwise probably need to do both Chise and Haruna.
Can i replace t hasumi with s azusa?
Probably. Most people now seem to put Wakamo in p2 and S.Azusa in p1 though.

What about the level of your students?
Just assume max level which i think was 83 at the time. Specials can be a little lower without significant difference.
