I dont get why they are being talked about in the same category. Savage is obviously a better player and I would argue that he is one of the best pros this season. It is not hard to recognise that there is a big gap in the skill level between the two and Savage would 100% do better in the comps with a better player than Mongraal. However, the views, the hype and all the above of them playing together is the right move. There has never been a duo with the viewcount and fanbase that they have gained from playing together. At this time they dont care to much about placement in tournies and every step they take towards a better placement is just a bonus to them. Making finals in FNCS last season is actually insane if you are aware that it was Mongraals first season back since he won the FNCS some years back.
Made finals and have established themselves as the most popular EU fortnite players by far. Stop bitching please.

My opinion on the shotguns this season, noone asked but im gonna give my opinion anyways.
Gatekeeper shotgun is really op in 2 v 1 clutch situations if you keep your ammo in mind, auto shotgun is really OP off spawn, pump is really good for 1v1 situations.
At the start of the season I found myself preferring the other shotguns over the new one, but as the seasons progressed I now take the gatekeeper over both of them
Gatekeeper is my fav shotgun FN has ever had. On console, I don’t like pumps. So it has the fire rate advantages of auto shotguns and it has a the damage advantages of harder hitting shotguns. Reload is insanely fast. Drum mag gets you 5 shots. Gatekeeper is goated
That endgame from Savage really shows why siphon should still be in the game tho!

@@idkidk8763 no, them placing bad is killing their engagement. On the duocashcups last season they were pulling 40k+ viewers each, now they don't even reach 20k combined. Im just saying that if they placed well it would go viral, and boost their engagements. and who doesn't want to see them play well
For what u said about bananas being as good is that if u dont have floppers it does 25 auto which can maybe wear out storm sickness?
No cause it takes 2 seconds to pop where a flopper is 1
But using the bananas in combination with other white heals can top your hp up very fast

They r both amazing. People saying mongraal got carried but he only did cuz savage had the other medallions and mongraal had purple loot im pretty sure. He had little to no movement besides fizz. He stuck w savage well to not have that much movement

My friends so smart, his pc can hold 400 to 1000 fps in game on performance, on paper its worse than savages pc but its way cheaper and can get more fps its crazy

I really think you overestimate how you much u have to grind to stay consistent, im lvl 37 and i feel just as warm as usual.
Yeah once you hit a certain skill level you can chill back on grinding but it will make you better at comp if you play more
But mechanically and aim wise yeah
I think skill level definitely plays into this tho as a teir 1 pro will have to play much more then a casual player to stay consistent
