I have been struggling with pornography ever since I was 8 years old. No I was never sexually abused growing up. Rather, I was exposed to pornography when I found my father’s collection in our home. I’m 31 soon to be 32 and I still struggle with it. I have never been able to have long lasting romantic relationships because of this. I’ve never told anyone this but I feel the need to confess. God delivered me from four major addictions in my life. These were overnight healings. First in my 30's it was cocaine it so bad I would wake up with basket ball size blood stains on my pillow. I got real with God and He heard my cry. In my 40's it was meth it was so bad I got addicted to porn and I have only 8 teeth left. I got real with God and He heard my cry. In my 50's and 60's it was alcohol and it was the worst of all, doing shot's of vodka by 8 am every day. I fell down concrete steps and cracked my head open. Taken to the ER the CT scan showed my brain floating in alcohol which explained why every time I turned my head the world kept on spinning. I got real with God and He heard my cry. That was 1,745 days ago. The devil has been trying to kill me my whole life. All four addictions were taken from me over night and now I live for God because evidently He has a plan for me. When you get real with God He gets real with you and will deliver you from ALL your trouble. All four addictions I woke up the next day as if I had never done those things and that is miracle transforming power. Thank you Lord for saving me I owe you everything I have left in life. Its important to understand - God uses everything for those who love HIM. Not everything that makes you unconfutable in your life God will take away. In fact - maybe God gave you that addiction to carve you out of stone. And in the end it will make you stronger, better person.

I'll definitely pray for you...I've used alcohol and drugs the majority of my life. However I was able to get off alcohol and stopped using any drug that I was on cold turkey. Alcohol was a huge battle but now its not but it wasn't easy. But when I got addicted to opioids, that was another ball game. Still is but I'm 5 days sober. Drugs have always been in my life so its hard seeing a life totally without. Especially when u deal with other issues

I have been fighting my addiction for years, I would do good for a bit then fall again, im a meth addict, started when I was 19, im now 61, I have hurt my children, my family. I was rapped at 7 yrs old, my mother was abusive verbally and physically. I could not handle my life, it just hurt all the time. I reached for drugs instead of reaching for God, didn't believe Jesus could love me or forgive me. I'm tired of this life, I finally gave it all to God and I am going to get baptized on June 12th, I know this will not be an easy battle but I believe in god and Jesus will finally set me free of Satan stronghold on me. Even day I need to pray to him, I understand that no one in my family will believe me and I get that, but I know if I continue to walk with Jesus, he will heal my relationships and they will come to see that this is for real. God has kept me free from pornography, masturbation, and sex out of marriage for 6 months now, I haven't had the urges anymore. God has been working with me in the case of food addiction, and I've lost 38 lbs since. I've never been this happy in my life. The power of God is real!!!!!
Pornography addiction is embarrassing to talk about especially when you're a woman. I got hooked at 10 . Im 40 years old now. I feel shame. Because I used porn as a coping mechanism. I haven't watched porn in 3 years. But I find myself running from it. I dont go near porn but I still get urges. So I guess that means I haven't conquered it yet.Please pray for me.

In fact, that is admirable and also a big testimony on your behalf. That is a goal right there. This is an update. I haven't completely lost all my temptations for binge eating, but 2 Corinthians 12: 7-10 has led me to believe this is a temptation (thorn) that he will build my strength to overcome everytime until a point where my resistance game is A 1.
I can't even think of the last I've watched, but certain sites have women twerkin and I immediately turn it off. That's went I don't do social media, I can't even remember my face book password. Only time I watch TV is to watch classic comedic shows from back in the day. The only thing that has had me is alcohol, and right now on Day 3 of sobriety. I was addicted to crack cocaine for 25 years but i went to a rehab center for 2 years and after graduating i continue bear witness that although it was impossible for me to break this stronghold but God walks and talks with me and i with him.I am celebrating my 19th anniversary of being clean & sober. Cocaine addiction actually destroyed my life. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

A stronghold is an addiction, all of us go through in our life. It can be coffee, intercourse, mendacity, drinking, and smoking, and many others. Human beings can be lure in their dependency; wherever they're are dealing. They need to seek God due to the fact because it is a battle.
I have a stronghold of anxiety & depression since I was young because all the pressure & expectations I put on myself. Today, break those desires so I can have peace.

I have been clean 12 years. It was a lonely time from people but a time to be filled by God. It was not easy but I was as determined to be clean as I was determined to use. I gave up to God I told him, Lord I have tried everything else there is nothing left but to go with you. I sell totally out and this has got to work but if it doesn't I still am going with you. But let me back up, it took 3 three years of praying while using ask God to deliver me with each hit I took thank I began to thank Him for delivering me while using. I found myself using less and desiring to use less until I was able to stop but again it too 3 years. The worst part is that people, especially family members never let you live your using down. They miss the fact that I have been clean 12 years and harp on the fact that I was a addict. But there is now NO Condemnation yo those who are in Christ, who walk after the Spirit and not after the flesh. I have a new master, father, lover and friend who never leaves me alone

When I got sober, God showed me that it was fear that caused me to drink. I wrote a small book based on 2 Tim. 1:7 titled "F' Fear (Footsteps through Fear toward Freedom) - the F stands for the five steps I used to walk through fear. This helped me , after 22 days sober from weed and liquor 🥃 I went to a familiar city and did not deal with the thoughts to get weed instantly and before I knew it I was at the weed man house buying weed and alcohol.. I got so drunk I couldn’t even function.. I repented and I refuse to BE STUCK! God delivered me from four major addictions in my life. These were overnight healings. First in my 30's it was cocaine it so bad I would wake up with basket ball size blood stains on my pillow. I got real with God and He heard my cry. In my 40's it was meth it was so bad I got addicted to porn and I have only 8 teeth left. I got real with God and He heard my cry. In my 50's and 60's it was alcohol and it was the worst of all, doing shot's of vodka by 8 am every day. I fell down concrete steps and cracked my head open. Taken to the ER the CT scan showed my brain floating in alcohol which explained why every time I turned my head the world kept on spinning. I got real with God and He heard my cry. That was 1,745 days ago. The devil has been trying to kill me my whole life. All four addictions were taken from me over night and now I live for God because evidently He has a plan for me. When you get real with God He gets real with you and will deliver you from ALL your trouble. All four addictions I woke up the next day as if I had never done those things and that is miracle transforming power. Thank you Lord for saving me I owe you everything I have left in life. If you seek deliverance from the devil's arrows get real with God and He will listen to your cry. God bless and enjoy the day 🙏🙌💕
Its important to understand - God uses everything for those who love HIM. Not everything that makes you unconfutable in your life God will take away. In fact - maybe God gave you that addiction to carve you out of stone. And in the end it will make you stronger, better person.

I'll definitely pray for you...I've used alcohol and drugs the majority of my life. However I was able to get off alcohol and stopped using any drug that I was on cold turkey. Alcohol was a huge battle but now its not but it wasn't easy. But when I got addicted to opioids, that was another ball game. Still is but I'm 5 days sober. Drugs have always been in my life so its hard seeing a life totally without. Especially when u deal with other issues

In fact, that is admirable and also a big testimony on your behalf. That is a goal right there. This is an update. I haven't completely lost all my temptations for binge eating, but 2 Corinthians 12: 7-10 has led me to believe this is a temptation (thorn) that he will build my strength to overcome everytime until a point where my resistance game is A 1.

I have been clean 12 years. It was a lonely time from people but a time to be filled by God. It was not easy but I was as determined to be clean as I was determined to use.
I gave up to God I told him, Lord I have tried everything else there is nothing left but to go with you. I sell totally out and this has got to work but if it doesn't I still am going with you.
But let me back up, it took 3 three years of praying while using ask God to deliver me with each hit I took thank I began to thank Him for delivering me while using.
I found myself using less and desiring to use less until I was able to stop but again it too 3 years.
The worst part is that people, especially family members never let you live your using down. They miss the fact that I have been clean 12 years and harp on the fact that I was a addict.
But there is now NO Condemnation yo those who are in Christ, who walk after the Spirit and not after the flesh.

I will say, I am still very hurt and angry but I have more good days and boughts of laughter and happiness than I do bad days. But I do still have the bad days and when I get overwhelmed I let the sadness come in and I cry and I feel it and I console myself and I've gotten much stronger and now place boundaries with people and I'm growing and becoming someone new. It's scary and exciting at the same time. I'm starting love myself. We've been divorced fir almost 8 months now. It's taking a long time but I'm coming along.

I was one who was addicted/enslaved to sin. By consistent fellowship, hearing and using the word of God I have been able to be cured. I have had a food addiction since pre teens… i am now a full adult and still battling this food addiction. Please pray for me… im so tired of trying! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
On 8/21 we had a revival at my church that night I was delivered from weed ,I had one feet in & one feet out God said he needed a clean vissile,I started a fast haven't had the thought nor desire for the marijuana that thing had me bond Lord I thank you i give you my praise that victory is yours

I got down on my knees and prayed to God to deliver me from alcohol. Being broken before the Lord.

I was addicted to watching pornography and masturbation for 40 years !! Finally I truly got delivered bleeding the Blood of Jesus and being taught me fear of the Lord by The Holy Spirit !! Glory Hallelujah Amen ❤️

Love his sermons. I’m discovering I’ve dealt with depression my whole life due to my parents horrible relationship, and being molested along with a sibling when I was young. The result has been extremely irritability and sensitivity, anxiety, depression. The worst is I’ve hurt people close to me due to this anger and possible personality disorder. My god help me heal and those who I have hurt along the way heal in their soul.
My addiction was gambling! I haven’t gambled in a while. I asking people in here’s to pray for me as I give my life to lord and have in him direct my path

I have a STRONGHOLD FOR SUGAR. I’ve tried and tried to escape it. I’ve fasted. I’ve prayed. I given myself goals. Most of the time I struggle through the goals. I’ve started over and over again. I’m now attempting to go an entire yr. I’m doing really well. But it’s a daily battle and I lean on God daily to help me through each day. Please pray that I can give up this addition. Oh I really want to quit but every time I try something evil happens. Not kidding! Please pray for me to stop smoking! Its like breathing for me. Been smoking for 45 years! Im 65. So expensive & I m surviving on social security. I want to be free!
