You explained it very well but i was doing it with you so while you were talking i was sitting right here waiting for you to tell the next move with cards in my hands placed in those weird positions ( yeah it was pain-full holding them like that and waiting for you to speak up the next step )
saakshi gaur SAME 😂
Agreed - It would be good to have all of the preamble out of the way before you start teaching. I had to try and skip through to you explaining the next step.
too much wait time, well said saakshi gaur
Ya dude. My hand is burning when he keeps talking and talking.
Lmao yeah, he was talking about how it's normal to fail and my hands are just stuck in an awkward position.
Me: waits till the next step in pain
Also Me: drops everything right when the next step is explained
Noah Gring Means you need to keep practicing it ;) You should be able to stay in a certain position for however long you decide. Only then you will truly master the move
Fubuki wow, thanks for the advice. I’ll keep trying!
@@Fubuki43 Sun tsu "the art of war"
if you pause between each bit and practice for a while before he moves om to the next step it is much easier when you put it all together
"The inner peace"
I hope I can master this before quarantine is over
Update 1: I’m doing well, I’ve mastered the first couple of moves
Update 2: I can do it consistently up to the upside down pyramid
Update 3: I know all the moves
Great job!!
I started a few minutes ago, i know all the moves, gotta do it without failure and faster now
I did it
👏

You have a talent for teaching difficult things. You're patient and careful explainer, and you don't assume that people know how to do things already. Cheers!
Natasha Callender Thanks!!
I was literally about to type the same thing I've been trying to learn to do this for a while and watched a couple different videos and they weren't working. Once I watched this I was able to get the basics down in under a half an hour still need to practice and get faster but it's a lot better than when I first started

I was so relieved when you said "It's okay to practice" because the other tutorials were too fast and I was pressured. Thank you so much for the easy tutorial
Jenith Jinxy Thanks for watching :)
I love how you are actually being honest about the difficulty. All of the other Sybil cut videos I've seen have said it's very easy and for beginners. Also very great tutorial thanks
watched a lot of sybil cut totorials, this one was the best and most helpful so far!
Dennis Keller That’s great, glad to hear it :D
Yes
I 100% agree
I agree but I kinda got pissed when I was holding the cards in the right way for the first time and he was talking a while to talk 😂😂
Omg I finally was able to do it after like 3 days of hard work
Omg u replied
Me when I finally get it: YES YES YES YES YES YES YESSS

I got it in 3 days

BEST TUTORIAL EVER I JUST LEARN IT SO FAST U ARE THE GREATEST TEACHER EVER i subscribed after this video MORE OF THIS
this guy really make me know how to sybil cut only using his videos, respect for you man thank you so much
Thank you!
Took me an hour to get this down but my god it was so satisfying 😍 thank you for this great tutorial! I agree with other commenters that I was stuck waiting for the next move with my hands in weird positions so I dropped cards, but it was super helpful that you always explained which finger should be where and how to tilt things properly. Very simple to follow.
Lol it's taken me 2 days and it's still rough but Ur right so satisfying to see results! 👀
Man you are the best , i saw many tutorials but from you I followed and learned it. Thanks a lot.
Thank you! Glad you learned it :)
Me: watches 13 minute video
Also me : finishes in 3 hours
Traffic Noob Took me like 2 weeks to learn, so that’s really fast ^_^
Wow
I didn’t really have much trouble
@@Fubuki43 I learnt to do it in the time this video was finished
You are one of the best teacher for cards
OMG FUBUKI REPLIED TO ME
Thanks for your explanation. I can do the first one already, and I need practice for the second one. I see the video many times in order to learn. Thanks, again!
Great tutorial (albeit a few years old now). I am a slow learner -- took a day or so to get the basic steps
Helps me to just think of it as a series of grabs. Pausing at the triangle part actually makes it harder -- grab, pull, fold together...
This is the best tutorial I have ever seen on Sybil Cut. I was looking for such video. This guy explains even the difficulties beginners would have while trying to perform. Thank You man...
Thank you!!
It's a very good tutorial but i think that you are too slow! All my cards have time to fall evrey where because i'm waiting
Antoine Brouillette thats funny😂
Antoine Brouillette same
then you must have butterfingers bro:)
Mohammad Mirza no, it's just that the this kid doesn't know how to teach and the tutorial is shitty
Tyrell you're just a shitty student
Man, I have struggled w this for about a week until I see your video. Thanks a lot.
This maybe 4 years ago but man you explained it so well, better than the most magic youtubers thank you!
I'm from Colombia, and I have to say that the truth is that this tutorial was much easier for me than others, I thank you very much, if it weren't for this video I would still be stuck
finally, my 13 years of piano and finger dexterity pay off! picked up quick!
It one of those things that looks hard but is much more simple
Loool i got 60% on the first try i have 17 years of piano xD
@@AkToThe To be honest this is true for the whole magic, slight of hand. 80% of the card magic is easy. The hard part is to master it.

Thank you very much! I don't speak English but I understood your video training and I didn't understand guys who speak my langauge. You explain it in small parts, and that's why everything is so clear!

He's a horrible instructor.
I hope you are reading this, your tutorial is outstanding. I am learning this after the 90° false cut so it is getting me good.
The only thing bothering me is the 5 second ad in the middle of a difficult finger pose.
Thank you very much for watching :)
This is the best sybil cut tutorial! Im 100000000% sure.
I have saw many videos of Sybil cut but no one explained in this manner I am subscribing your channel right now
Excellent tutorial. Slow, methodical, no mistakes with naming digits used, no showing off which only slows down the learning. I didn't find any of the moves too difficult. I subscribed because you're a good teacher.
kuglio Thank you very much
honestly i enjoyed the pace you went at since it allowed me to squeeze in some extra practice while waiting for the next step
I've been watching this video for about 3 or 4 months trying to get it and today is the day I finally managed to do it and complete it smoothly. Patience is key here but thanks are in order, so thanks very much for your help.
Meatball Sub Awesome to hear :)
This video is a great way to break your screen from rage quitting
Your teaching is very helpful. I was able to do this after watching your video. Thank you very much.👍
better if you gave each pack a number and referred to it. "grip this one " while trying to do it , and listen it was hard. Beautiful video, otherwise well explained , and a move that has me and anyone in awe, you do it very well . thank you for the video . i do appreciate it
I’m seven months later, but I agree wholeheartedly! As I watched I was wishing the packs were lettered or numbered, or even outlined with different colors via editing. Great tutorial and I appreciate the encouragement! It was especially nice when you said that dropping all the cards was something that HAD to happen as part of the process.
I really enjoyed learning this one from the mechanics grip on out, clear and real good instruction I got it just completed in abou t two good play throughs. Can't wait to try more cool.
The hardest part for me was pressing the pause/play button while I was doing it!

I don’t know where you went but welcome back! I am glad I found this video on my first day deciding to learn card manipulation!
thank you so much for making this video. I tried to learn from other people's videos but to no avail. after watching your video I succeeded only now I need more training to look perfect 💜💜😊
Wondring why you had so much space between the cards for the twist, realized you had longer fingers than me
this video explains this complicated trick better than most simple card trick tutorials, thanks!
I was able to finish the trick in just an hour which I think is pretty good
That’s really good! I remember that it took me like more than a week to master, also because in some of the old videos it was hard to see. But I’m glad I was able to clearly show and explain the move! :)
Me when I was going to start : Ok. This doesn't look too hard. I might just finish it by today or tomorrow...
Me when I finished it: YES! I knew I would finish it by... Wait... I took 2 weeks !!😂😂😂
Thanks I look like a mad man with the cards
I have medium sized hands and I have only learned the one handed fan and this worked even though I haven’t even mastered the Charlier cut. First person that I have subscribed to. Great vid
Very nice tutorial, thanks! At first I thought it was too slow-moving, but actually once you start following along it's really helpful to have the move broken down in such detail.
I‘m man from Ukraine, and I don’t understand our gamblers...they tell unclear, and only you can explain how to do Sybil Cut. Thank you😊
Practice is a big part of life. I learned this skateboarding growing up. Took my 9 months to kickflip. Spent weeks and weeks not even getting close to a kickflip. When you are constantly met with failure, you are brought to a point where you either buckle down and get serious or you walk away a quitter.
that’s the easiest flourish i’ve seen, thanks for your great tuto !
Awesome. I'm so glad you were slow and detailed. This has been the best one I've found to learn how to do this.
Definitely the most instructive video for this, all the others were so confusing
Glad to hear that, thanks!
Instructions unclear, deck of cards ignited and now my home is an ashen pile of cinders. Please advise.
I’ve finally mastered it. Took me 3 months. Thanks Fubuki!
Xave 10792 That’s great! Well done!
Fubuki how much did it took to you?
Really god turtorial. You show it god.
Thank you so much for this perfect tutorial ❤
Been searching for a tutorial like this for the sybli cut, just perfect but there is one problem. Dont leave me hanging as u explain how you master the move but overall u did great and keep making these brilliant toturial |:^)
This tutorial is absolutely great. Thank you so much! Play it in slo-mo for even greater learning effect. 0.25 works best. I think I got it now, but the trickiest part is just before the pyramid you form in the second part - it seems that you are gripping the cards in two different places at the same time: one with the "new" grip he shows you, and the other between your thumb and second finger, positioning the cards on the first line of your finger. The way I see it is that this is a two-part move. Quite complicated, really.
Best tip for beginners - Use the rubber bands.
what do you mean exactly?
@@TheBreaker94 put rubber bands around the 4 packets so they stay together.
Hmm that is esentially what "trainers" are, right?
@@BusinessWolf1 yep. but rubber bands and some poop cards are much cheaper :) this is where trainers came from, bro..
Best way to learning
It helped me a lot. Thanks Fubuki 😄😄

thanks brother fubuki - i tried other sybil cut tutorials but I learned it (i think) from yours - keep up the excellent work, brother
3:20 I dropped all my cards😂
It's wonderful! I've watched a lot of tutorials but this one is definitely the best
The part where I have to push down with my right ring finger during the second part to bring that packet back down is so awkward and hard for me. Any tips for that?
Perennial Long Practice and use the rubber bands if you are a beginner.
Same
sliding the bottom part of the top pack, down along the second top pack feels way more comfortable for me
I finally did it after 2 months! At least I did it so I am so happy! It helped me a lot when I practiced the triangle thing like 100 times!
Congrats! :)
that was preety ez for me. great video i left a like
this is my first shuffle trick & learned it just one day ! thankyou bcs u described everything detailed !
Learn it from you in only 1 hour. Very helpful Video. Thanks. Greetings from germany.

Now I understand how awesome and difficult this world is
YES! This was the video that finally got me to fully understand and be able to do this cut. Perfectly explained, brilliant video, thank you so much :)

Your lot better than explaining than the other youtubers I got just about everything all I need is to practice doing it faster thanks for this video!!!
What a gift for teaching you have! My main language isn't english and even so I understood perfectly how to do the flourish. Thanks
Made it to the triangle shape so far. Great video.
Took me a couple of minutes to learn this, it was pretty easy to learn. It's probably because I already know how to do two other cuts, both of them being easy as well. :P
You do this very well, and as beginner I learned it very well. Thank you
It's like one of the best tutorials I've ever seen. You explained it so good and I could do this Cut in a half hour with no mistakes..
After quarantine a lot of magician will come out😂😂
Update: I learned it within 50 minutes he’s a good card trick teacher nice :)
damn i cant believe how quick I'm catching on. you are great at teaching very slow teaching no need to speed through every step some youtubers do this and it drives me INSANE!
Took me less than an hour to get the basics of it down, thank you sir.
I have always been really scared of trying to get into cardistry, because I tried once, and didn't get it.
Anywho thanks, great vid!!!
That's a class of robotics. I can't imagine the algorithm that a programmed set of mechanical arms should have.
best explination i've seen on youtube. You're a legend

No its a milion card trick
i learn a new thing like once a month, im usually quite fast at it but idk what the hell is goin on here, absolute witch craft
This tutorial was amazing! Your explanation was thorough and helpful. Thank you!
Anyway you could do some more two handed cut tutorials from POV camera position? I love the way you explain and I learned this very fast.
Great video! I'm easily confused, so I appreciated the time you took with this. Every time you started over, I did too and it helped me begin to learn the steps. Thanks
15 mins to do in slow motion, 1 day to do fast. Wow! Your vid is so good
Thanks!!
This is the best sybil cut tutorial I've seen yet :)
Thank you!
Great explanation to a move that always looked more like magic than the actual magic tricks. That is a super fun cut to do while starting your trick. Especially handy when you have a trick that requires a particular stack in the deck. Thank you for your very clear instructions!
Great video! i got it my first time but rather slowly, after a few hours of watching tv and practicing I can do it at a quick speed! thank you!
I just got into cardistry today. This will be my first cut that I learn. Might take me a while, but I'm determined to do even just this one cut. Thank you for a great tutorial.
Joshua Jackson Good luck! :)
I have a lil tip for practicing
If some card fall off of one of the decks you are holding, but some are still in the right place, keep going. Because you still have cards in the right place :)
Nice tutorial, but i was cramping my hand for like 10 mins waiting for you to go to the next step. We dont have all day!
Amazing tutorial, i tried to learn this a few years ago and couldn't quite grasp it. i think the way you teach it really instills it the mind. Ive got all the sequences locked in I realised it's a lot to do with your wrist movement too..Thanks man, that was great.
Great to hear! Thanks!
Finally after dropping the cards so much times and hours of practice thank you
saw 3 videos before this almost threw away the cards. your video is just too simple to understand. great work . cheers
