Why not?? Remember he was a international student for 4 years, he was not born there. You can see there are so many people live in English countries over 4 years but worse than him. English is my 2nd language and I know 4 years for that English skill is actually good haha 😂
He may be can’t speak fluently but His English was pretty good compare to others who cannot speak and understood english. Note: he only lives in Hawaii for 4yrs not he was born there lol
