I would recommend new players to focus on Eclipse. Good damage, Good range, only 3SP, 5CD, Enemy Mres reduction, Insane SP regain and enemy SP removal. Wild. Bunny Eclipse - Always Good 100% Bunny Celia - Mostly Good 80% Bunny Loen - Conditionally Good 30% Eclipse is good everywhere. She's good in PvP and PvE. Early and Late game. Her SP regain and enemy SP removal will always be useful.
I think u missunderstand about celia skill. She just buff herself. And of course u can stack chain buff on her with refithea skill. So when celia do 1 hit, it will count 3 chain. Because of her buff + refithea buff. If she do her skill with 7 hit, it will count 21 chains. That will be 210% additional dmg for next attack
bunny celia has the highest priority, not the least priority. Bcelia +4 and brefi combo is absolutely meta in FH/GR. Account bricked fr if you skip her now. Brefi is a buff to your units while bcelia is a debuff to the enemy and the effect stacks for celia. You SHOULD run them together whenever possible.

You forgot about Lucrezia when it comes to sp generators. She's quite solid too for a low rarity and imo better then the other low rarities you mentioned. Also, Bunny Celia does have 100% uptime on her chain buff if you have her at +4.

You'll get good physical costumes for free through story ! Bunny Loen will carry you through most casual content for sure, one shotting every enemy on the grid. Even in tower she should get you pretty far. You can build Elpis (4* unit) she buff mag ATK Dmg. For physical team, Aries (3*) is amazing as well. No need to push their potential liberation too much, they work fine enough by default until you get 5* that does the same job (b rank idol Helena for magic, homonculus Lately for physical). Good luck on your new player journey !
multiple costume of limited get it +5 if you can, you don't need to worry about signature equipment, because 5star from black smith already do good job.
Usually more dupes are better than getting a weapon. None of these weapons are limited too, so you can always get them later with random free pulls. Most time, you get sp reduction when going +1 on a costume, which is definitely worth it. Pushing further depends on your ressources and what characters you already have built.

Do the main story and the event story. As you play lvl up character that have the cooking, smithing, and alchemy skill. Everything will come with time just enjoy the game no rush
Right now there are step up banners since limited/new characters are release but those are not always a thing. Otherwise you have weapon banners, don't mind them unless you already +5 a costume and want to make it even stronger (which as new player shouldn't be your priority at all, UR weapons from gear crafting are already a great option).
Increasing skills like research, gear crafting, alchemy etc just comes naturally as you use them. While pushing through story you will enhance them, gets books to raise them to next tiers, and unlock farming stages where you get all the ressources you'll need.
lol I hear ya. I had a bunch of tickets and gems saved up (360 tickets and 80k gems). Ended up using those 360 tickets plus the free ones from getting their copies and like 12k gems and got all of them to +5 and like 400 powder of hope since I pulled last copy on the pity pull for 2 of them lol
