I remember Level 23, especially the opening theme. It was supposed to be a big Network 10 series aimed at younger viewers. Certainly some of us watched it, but not enough to make 10 feel like continuing it. It only lasted a few weeks in early 1994 and then disappeared without a trace. Nic Testoni shifted from hosting to being an actor and went on to appear in Home & Away for a while.
