@@DavidSmith-cn1fy Since the game came out, just give it a shot you’ll see what I mean. Slide canceling is not a thing but canceling your plate equipping is as easy as pressing the switch weapon button.
The apply all is better tho and the reason is because you may accidentally let go of the Triangle/Y button and it’ll cancel out when you’re trying to refill, and overall you have more space for your fingers to spread, tends to help sprint out situations much easier.

I have auto tac sprint set to my favorites in settings. I turn it on and off often. Tac sprint is loud and can make firing shotguns a pain. I also go prioritize reload.
Hint when using automatic sprint make sure to pull back on your joystick u can’t run and shoot at the same time which makes you vulnerable form a minute this only happens with akimbos and shotguns

Everything minus the last one, I have 4 paddles so I can manually add the exact amount of plates I want and not be take out of the mobility aspect. I like getting 1 or 2 or all 3 plates when I know how to time it up to stay in the gunfight

No, no, and um... No. Definitely not the third, I believe I wouldn't enjoy it too much if I'm trying to plate up and someone starts shooting me and I can't stop plating to shoot back, I'll stick to strategically choosing the time I put on each plate.
Hey the whole tap to interact for reload is wrong you should do hold to reload because reloading isn’t the same anymore you have to strategically reload at the same time and anyone who’s played cod for years always reloads after every kill even if the mag isn’t empty which is now a bad habit to have beings you can’t cancel reloads anymore so you need to be more conscious on when you’re reloading so I’d say switch to hold to reload instead of tap
Being forced to play against pc hackers is the first real disadvantage. Games need to make an option for console only crossplay. But Xbox players are forced to play with pc.
The only decent one is the reload one the other ones will get you killed since youll need good movement and sometimes you only want to put on 1 or 2 plates rather than all 3
Don’t turn on auto tac sprint, it’s actually horrible in this game considering the TTK is so fast. The people who are good at the game and all the pros are not using it.

My tips: 1. Lower your ADS sensitivity if it is on default setting. 2. Change your aim response curve type to Linear OR Dynamic. Personslly i use Linear because i find it more comfortable on ghis game. 3. NEVER USE Automatic tac sprint. You'll be on disadvantage. 4. Turn off Depth of field 5. Take advantage of Firing range when setting up your controller settings. 6. Don't use Black Ops aim assist because it recently got quite big nerf. 7. If you're playing on "normal controller" use Bumber Jumper tactical button conf. 8. Invert your slide/dive activation. Diving makes you a lot harder target to hit when compared to sliding. 9. Turn off vibration. It makes things more harder for no reason. 10. Switch your mount activation to "double tap ADS". Bonus tip: when tuning up your optics set your eye distance to "far". It makes yiur visual recoil even smaller.

Apply all plates is also a disadvantage as you can get stuck in a replate rather than taking a gunfight when you need to

Why would you want automatic tactical sprint? It takes longer to ADS when doing that. It’s a disadvantage
Fun fact - using tap to interact prevents you from opening dropped caches... it has to be on tap to reload.
Only on DMZ though. That's just the game mode being a beta and super buggy

Automatic tac sprint makes it a longer animation from sprint to gun fully ads. Other two are good also invert dive behaviour
