Sometime, can you do one on companies like EPD (there are others but that's what I have), a midstream gas pipeline and storage company that pays about an 8% quarterly distribution, which is classified as return of capital, reducing basis instead of triggering a dividend tax. Many avoid it because it generates a K1 instead of a 1098, so it works best in an investment account, not a retirement account. The ideas of cash flow and tax avoidance seem to fit in well with Rich Dad principles.
He’s smart enough to know that he doesn’t know it all. He has experts on his team who all hold different opinions because that’s what education is. A one sided story isn’t education, its indoctrination.
That is why true crypto with trustless yield will come out as the new revolutionary technology. Yield without middleman is the true innovation, BTC is old tech, HEX is what crypto was supposed to be.

First off I like the team because it gets me to think but in my experience in sells I wouldn't want a 50% off sale for 365 days because it becomes the standard if it kicks up from supplier at times it makes everyone have to adjust to inflation have to manipulate things sometimes to get results
People have been preaching doom and gloom since time immemorial. The market is the market because people (investors) make the market. But if you are selling other avenues and can make people afraid you will do well with those too. Amazon is over-valued to some. For those with a little vision it hasn't even scratched the surface of what's possible yet. As a company it's barely in its adolescence. It would be like betting against Ford in 1933. Ford had so much more to grow in the coming 50 years.
