Yes Brian, these short engine tips are very good. Can be used on some other engines also. These short videos are very good idea. Good quick knowledge. Just another subscriber who appreciates you sharing your knowledge.
After you said that it seems like common sense but I could definitely see myself snugging that down before the pulley was on and then wondering why it was leaking. Great tip!
On the AMC 6 cylinder same thing. Thanks for the info. On my last engine I think I just got lucky. The balancer is tight fit so I didn't do this. Need to change my ways or get ready for a leaker.
Ok, I know you're not Steve Morris because I don't see two man-hole sized turbos on either side of the engine, so I'll just assume you're from the same part of the country.
Again , something simple , but necessary. Thanks for the tip.
more coming
Thanks again Brian. I watch em all. Taker easy.
Thanks

Thank you for this video. No wonder I’m spraying oil. I just put a new seal in but tightened the timing chain cover first. Thanks again.
After you said that it seems like common sense but I could definitely see myself snugging that down before the pulley was on and then wondering why it was leaking. Great tip!
Exactly. I have fixed many front seal leaks by just loosening the bolts, freeing the cover and then re tightening it.
I learned this on SV Dodge truck engines, great tip. Video suitably short and to the point, excellent stuff.
Glad you liked it!
Never tought about it that way! 😲Great tip. The kind of leakage I see on my L134 is a leakage between the front cover and the bottom oil-pan….
I am liking the tips of the day 👍
More to come!
Great tip, Thank you
Good to hear from you Jack
Short and sweet.....such a logical tip,yet i dont always think about to make oilseal my centering tool,if it is possible.
Great tip, never would've considered that!
Thanks for watching!

I never would have ever done it that. I am going to use that great piece of information on any engine. Thanks again Brian. I'm leaning so much!

I am Brian not Steve
@@metalshaperJeep Hello Brian. I didn't say you were Steve, I said you sounded like Steve.
Some war veterans don't like to be thanked for their service.
Can you be more specific?
