i tried it against hardcore ranger on Q3DM1, didn't notice any difference myself (i am a big noob) you know if the different bots have different difficulties or if it is merely cosmetic?
Hardcore is a skill level from vanilla (normal) Q3. In CPMA mod there's also skill from 6-100. But yes, different characters have a bit different playstyle and skill. In vanilla Q3 bots in last tier in single player are much harder than the ones from the beginning. Of course Xaero is the hardest.
