Shankar bought its rights and added his essense...and put it in the movie Kal ho na ho...
Whereas Pritam copied the enitre tune of korean songs and put lyrics given by lyricists....
Songs like Bhulbhulaiya , phle nazar main(from Race) = Sarang haye yu (a south korean song)...these musics were released when people dont have internet and they are not aware of his copypasting..
