    Go to RE Michel and ask them for the top 100 repair parts sold. Go on a slow day when weather is mild.

    Good information. I also keep some universal control boards and a compressor terminal kit on my truck.

      What are some symptoms when it needs to compressor terminals. Are the wires completely loose? Does the compressor usually run when it needs a new terminal kit? I've had several compressors that roared like a lion during the summer lol

    • @guitarhvac
      @guitarhvac 2 года назад +1

      @@heatncool Most likely the compressor won’t run at all. You’re gonna have a wire burnt off on the CSR terminals at the compressor and most of the time one of the terminals will be so messed up that you can’t use a push on terminal. Most of those are flag type terminals anyways(which they make a crimper for flag type terminals also), but….. That’s when you’ll need the compressor terminal kit.

    A little late on the video but instead of carrying 20+ capacitor variations why not stock the turbo series capacitors and get multiple variations in one unit? Turbo 200, turbo 200x. I think these range $60-100.. I do realize some fan run caps can be cheap like around $3-6. Doesn't it make sense to pay a little more $15ish for something like a turbo mini? Made in the USA? You would just pass the cost on...

      because on top of being 4x the cost of a regular capacitor the universal capacitors don't last as long

    I see you have a lot of packard contactors. I find these to be extreme garbage. I install them and im back a few weeks later with blowen fuses on the furnace circuit board. I tested the resistance on a new packard contactor and it is 16ohms. Tested the trusted and true Square D contactors new they are 58ohms. Huge difference, the lower ohms causes excessive amp draw casuing issues in the low voltage control circuits. Ill never buy packard again.
