Still havent watched it since im currently already watching one anime, but will for sure watch this anime, the movie clips really touch my heart. Seems like one of those rare anime's that when you watch them you have a crisis for some time. Nice edit also, liked and subscribed.
@@ElysiumNZ Most dubs just simply do not do the original justice, 86 is no exception. There is infinitely more emotion and subtlety in the original. Dubs pretty much always overdo it, and it makes what was otherwise a serious character moment, sound almost like a parody, or something solely aimed at children. I know many watch dubs because it helps them focus on the story because they easily get distracted by having to read subs, which is perfectly valid. But if that isn't an issue for you, then you may as well watch the sub and get the real experience of how the characters are originally envisioned. A casting director/director seeks out the talent that is best suited for the role. Dubs can only emulate that to a degree, since they didn't create the show with direction in mind. A prime example of this, is S2 Thorfinn in VS; Aleks Le is a good voice actor, but he does not fit Thorfinn's character at all. He sounds way too burly, whereas Thorfinn is a small individual, and the original (Yuto Uemura) NAILS the character. And then there are shows like Arcane, where an American agency clearly scouted the talents, and directed them with how the characters should feel and sound like, in mind. Which is why it feels seamless and earned. It doesn't feel out of place, unlike 99.9% of dubbed material.
This anime is a masterpiece...

@@seinenkingdom Billy Kametz pulled off a brilliant Shin Nouzen. Plus credit to Jonah Scott for his role as Raiden Shuga.
Shame Billy passed away.😔
To hell with the linguistic arrogance of English native speakers.
@@xshadow-0 ahh now.😏
