I have no words, so far , one of the best videos in the hole youtube, I can not process this amount of talent and dedication, thank GOD for the people took the time and talent to do this, belssings
i really don't know what to say about this, this is wonderful, great!!! the person who came up with this thought (idea). i just want to say good thought and u are damn good!! love every moment of it.
heyyy, i love this miniatur wunderland. i like to collect model planes and just adore planes. can u please tell me where they get the model planes from and the airport accessories pease. thanks. good work. :)
they also scaled the physics down, its about a 1:100 scale so the planes just need to reach a top speed up to 3mp/h so they can fly! It's amazing isn't it?
I believe that is a UPS MD-11, carlitoss1979, I got good eyes, I saw that UPS psint scheme ant that 3rd engine on the tail. So it's most certainly a UPS MD-11.
lol look closely, they are attached underneath to a rod, rod goes into the *tarmac* and pulls it along, they can manipulate the pitch and speed and all that as the plane *flys* along
Miniatur Wunderland ist sehr gut. Der Flughafen ist sehr, sehr gut!
I love how they each come in in a different approach, and takes off different places on the runway!
Funny, but I've not seen this in the Airfix Catalogue... Simply jaw dropping
these guys are beyond amazing......I'm just grinning like a kid on christmas day.....
spitzenmäßiges Video, super aufgenommen
unreal!!! I would hate to think of the cost, just for the automation.
Great Job!!!!
They needed 3.5 million euros for creating the airport.
I have no words, so far , one of the best videos in the hole youtube, I can not process this amount of talent and dedication, thank GOD for the people took the time and talent to do this, belssings
I was just thinking that DHL plane at the 1:45 mark was coming in a little too hot to land and would have to go around.
love miniature settings!! this one is super cool!!
Dreamed of airports around the child, is here and now. This is a miniature adult to enjoy. Although I'm in Japan, I want to go here. Hamburg
Amazing! Impressive display of a model airport!
My dad worked for Pan Am for 30 years. I can almost picture the blue marble on one of those 380's.

So beautiful.
Every airport in the world should have on of these :)
Eu achei esse vídeo fantástico que coisa mais linda!!!!!!!!!!!!
When the aircraft takes off, how does it get back to the landing place again?
wow! pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease shrink me now! that is a really great airport. it is EPIC!
I'm guessing that they made the models, they're probably worth 500
400 euros for the rough model. After installing the electronics, the price is much higher.
Best thing ever done in the history of modelling. They need a British Airways though
If I had a whole day to just go to this place and stare at all these models, I would. For the whole day.
It is part of the largest model railway in the world. I spent five hours and later realised that noticing all details would need perhaps two weeks.
What's the airline of the big aircraft taxiing in the back at 08:51?
WOW! Airplanes in 1/87?
Have they made additions since this video?
The model railroad display got two new parts - Italy and Venice.
Este sim, que maravilha.......parabens
they also scaled the physics down, its about a 1:100 scale so the planes just need to reach a top speed up to 3mp/h so they can fly! It's amazing isn't it?
@ 6:54 whats happening with the car on the left side? trying to take off?
@0:37 it's not a 767 but an A-330. there's no winglet on the 767.
where is the plane of the iron maiden?
1:42 I love the GO-AROUND
Pena que no Brasil não tem essas coisas bonitinhas prá gente ver e levar a família. Até simulação de arremetida os caras fizeram... super fofo!
that is so cool..i want one.
All I can say is wow!
No.. you said he created the airport.. but it's still a huge world with many different parts...
I believe that is a UPS MD-11, carlitoss1979, I got good eyes, I saw that UPS psint scheme ant that 3rd engine on the tail. So it's most certainly a UPS MD-11.
So nice
Every airport should have miniature model of it and display it somewhere. The Toronto Pearson airport would be the best because it have the trains.
Wow, 100% nice, this is my life Aircraft Business...
Some 767s do have winglets, and that is a 767.

Miniatur Wunderland, Hamburg, Germany - world's largest model railway!

0:36 Boeing B767-300ER Condor from Thomas Cook
i want this for my brithday :D
I can no longer distinguish if it's a game or not solely from the thumbnail.
how do you make the airplanes fly?
Two metal rods on a "sledge" below the runway.
As far as I can tell they're connected by metal strips to a system underneath the ground/runway.
Correct. Two metal rods on a "catapult".
long life GERMAN engineering no one is best as germans and japan
no one have said it better than u!! indeed.
Yeah i actually found out about that yestoday. Thought it was only the airport.

3.5 to 4 million Euros ...
10:53 GERRIT!
i have the impression the runway is too short
It is - a longer one would not show really more, but would consume more space.
very good
the amazing but expensive :)
muito massa inesplicavel
right side. not left.
Now I know where I want to go on holys
Plan several days for your visit - Knuffingen Airport is just one part of world's largest model railway.

There should be two runways.
Need more space but show not more.
i can't see any talent here ... only money and time ... and a bit of electronics . it looks awesome by the way
lol look closely, they are attached underneath to a rod, rod goes into the *tarmac* and pulls it along, they can manipulate the pitch and speed and all that as the plane *flys* along
