Director Rene Balbin talks about the musical town of Loboc in Bohol, The Philippines, while directing The Loboc Youth Ambassadors Band, a poverty alleviation project that aims to help kids from poor families acquire musical skills that may help them escape the cycle of poverty and find work. There are 500+ kids enrolled and mass rehearsals take place at weekends, and they sound a little bit like this. The project is based in Loboc on Bohol in The Central Philippines.
