CRICUT SETTINGS:
strong grip mat for both
cricut explore:
deep cut blade: faux leather settings
regular blade: Felt settings
cricut maker: rotary tool can be used
I always recommend a test cut and making adjustments as necessary
Cricut maker could use a rotary blade or deep cut blade.
The fact that your leather sheets are 12x12 is what does it for me!

What did you use to make the acrylic blank? They are so cute.
Such a great tutorial!! As I watched the video all these ideas came to my mind. One idea was to make them as a teacher gift and possibly personalize them with their name. My question is can you use the HTV on top of the faux leather (the printed side) to put a name/mascot as well as on the back like you did in the video? Thank you for always sharing all your crafting knowledge with us!

I have a TON of leftover faux leathers and real leather from making earrings a few years ago, I stopped making them, but I have all this stuff sitting in a box, and obviously I want and need to use it!!
