Had a 2000 given to me for free, he said it needed some kind of screw on the rear swing arm, I took it, the swing arm bearings were destroyed and one of the screws was worn half way out, bought the swing arm roller bearings with outer races and seals kit, with o-rings washers and aluminum bushings, also bought an used screw for the one side,
Took the rear diff apart, (it was nasty and had bad bearings) replaced all the bearings and seals, (including the needle bearing on the drive pinion gear) I removed the roll pin holding that needle bearing by drilling it out on a bench drill press, and installed a new roll pin afterwards, the tie rods were worn out, bought a whole tie rod kit and a front master cylinder, put a new battery and this thing runs like a champ!

Thanks for this vid! I have a 2002 2WD which is in pretty good shape for being used. One thing...I am able to change the rear differential oil w/o dropping the skid plate, it drains from a bottom screw on mine.

Finally a video on my machine! I have a 2000 2 wheel drive. Way better shape than this one. I guess in my case less is more. No speedometer to leak diff oil. Can you do a video on how to change the bushings, and remove the shocks? Thanks!

What can I do, my 2001 kawasaki prairie 300 4x4 only stays on with the throttle on, any recommendations

Ricardo. It only runs if you are giving it gas? You definitely need to turn the idle up. Is the choke working? Hit that subscribe button for more videos on the prairie 300.

@@MidNebraskaMotorsports - didn't get it. It wanted to die while idling. Found a Honda Foreman 2003 with 1100 hours.
