Homing Boomerang plus Bow and Nuclear Arrows , Hydrogen Bombs , Light , Medium and Heavy Machine Guns and tanks , fighter jets and cars and trucks also Motorcycles and ATVs
It's pretty cool at how you kept true to the original illustrations for each item you described. One I though was funny-looking was the Tempered Sword (Lv.3) as the detail behind it shows that despite it being more powerful than its predecessor, it looks as though its been through countless battles without so much as breaking. But in all seriousness -- Awesome work.
If you the red shield gets eaten, a cheaper alternative to get a new one is to buy a regular shield for 50 rupees where the witches' house would be in the Dark World. Then use the mirror to go back to the Light World and visit the fairy at the Waterfall of Wishing, which isn't too far from the witches' house. There could be other places to buy a regular shield, but the close proximity between the witches' house equivalent (Dark World version) and that specific fairy (Light World) makes it convenient if your shield got eaten.

Thanks. This was very helpful man. Finally I'm gonna beat this game after so many years. Ironic considering its one of the first games I ever played, yet I never got a chance to beat it til now.
The Silver Arrows is the one that makes it all worthwhile, more so than the Golden Master Sword, as they instantly kill any enemy in a single hit, including a couple bosses.
Link to the past, FF4/6, chrono trigger, super Metroid, Mario world 1&2, DKC1-3, Mario RPG. These are literally PERFECT games. Games I will replay every couple years as long as I live
Thank You so much!!! This helped a lot. I'm playing it for the first time on Switch so thanks! Also best guide ever. I feel like most guides just aren't specific enough. This one helped a ton though thanks!!!!!
I dont know why, but since I first played this on my super nintendo back in the mid 90s, it has become my absolute favorie zelda. I re-beat this game once or twice a year just for the hell of it.
I played and finished this game last weekend, and as a gen z kid im jealous of the ppl who played this when it came out, we only woke games with bugs and 30 fps.
Supposedly, in order for you to be able to buy the super bomb you only need to beat the 6th and 7th dungeons and then the suoee bomb should be there for you to buy it. However, I beat said dungeons and the bomb is not there. I don't know if I missing something or what. Can you guys give some advice? I'd appreciate that.
I feel like the blue mail was a little late in the game. When I first played this game I thought you would always be in the green mail the entire game. Never a thought. I mean you go thru all light world and all the way to Dark World level 5. Thats a pretty good chunk of the game. There was hardly any time between before acquiring the red mail either. It never made sense either that upgrades usually came in multiple in this game. Boomerangs, shields, swords, gloves and there were similar areas between worlds. In this belief, I always thought there was a second magic upgrade in the dark world to be found Never could find it and I just gave up. Would skipping the orange sword put the final sword at 3?
Also, you can't have the fairy upgrade the base master sword (lv2). You have to get the sword upgrades in order. That's why I play the dark works dungeons like this: 1,2, grab the titan's mitt, upgrade sword to lv3, grab the fire rod, 6, 5, upgrade sword to lv4, 4, 3, 7. You could grab the titan's mitt before 2, but you should have the hookshot first.
The northeast corner of the map is Zora's domain. You can buy them from King Zora for 300 rupees. You have to navigate the shallow water to get to him, though. Start by going a far north as can after entering Zora's domain. Then go east until the path splits. Take the path further south, and it will go around to King Zora.
Back in the Ole Days, before we had Internets, I stumbled across the golden sword upgrade by screwing around with the fountain. This was after I beat the game for the 10th time.
That's not Zelda, that's Blind, the boys of the 4th dungeon. Blind doesn't leave the dungeon because sunlight reveals its true form, but if you figure out how to get sunlight into the dungeon where it would be unexpected, you can expose Blind and have the boss fight.
