I love how she said all the people knows own hotels 💜 I'm striving towards being in a position where all of my associates are doing similarly big things.
I think you’re doing great! Keep it up. I’m newly subscribed, and I look forward to learning all I can so that I too can be a successful entrepreneur of some sorts.
How profitable for small hotels especially during recession? For Indian hotel owners imo, The good thing is that they can live and work there or the families can live in the especially small hotels, and of course they can rent the rooms out for guests. So it gives them living quarters and then the business side of it. It makes it easier and more financial sense for them. Also, Indians are big on gas stations and mini markets, especially in the rural areas. Rural area properties are cheaper to buy, but most people do not want to live there so they have some sacrifice. Wealth is created by being owners of assets and businesses.
'Owned' via syndication (limited partner) isn't the same as actually owning and operating as a general partner. It's an investment, not authentic ownership. Technically, 'own' can also be 1 or 100%.
Great episode. The intro music is distracting and loud. It drowns out your voice and the information you’re sharing, especially being that you have a quality mic.
This woman had opportunities handed while I give her appraisal for her success this is still far leagues behind in terms of information that she can provide to us
I’m interested. I don’t know many people. If you raise capital from people for example, do they become partners until you pay them back? How much do you have to pay them back? Are there any problems that come up paying investors back?
You asked all the right questions!!! But I do not like how she was talking around your questions without trying to actually help people. Shes extremely discouraging and makes it seem extremely hard to get in. 😩🤦🏽♀️
After the first question I felt to log off, she’s taking farrr too long to get the point. Like girl just answer the question 😫. Then by the second it’s like she gives you pieces just enough to make you go and buy her book or courses- not feeling her at all, switched off.
Glasses 🤓 is full of herself, but there’s gold amongst the verbal litter. Also, she shouldn’t be discouraging folks who want to start their own hotel 🏨. It just may work! Overall, Great podcast 👍🏾⭐️🏆!!
Ask yourself if you're really going to take in advice from someone who says that 2008 wasnt "really a crash". Perhaps she assumes that the entire world would timetravel and have to physically stand in souplines for us to finally say 'folks its a crash!'.
Great video thanks. But the intro music is kind of annoying. It's too loud. Not trying to be mean or rude at all. Just my opinion so you can slightly improve your channel. :)
It's weird how most of the time her answers seemed quite superficial and evasive, generic, almost as if she couldn't be more specific and more helpful. The questions however were spot on!
She did not answer your questions. It is always a beginning and end. So she could have gave you a ball park number. She not good with answering questions on interview. #madeitstick
Most white people come from families that know about investing. Black people are just learning about it with in the past couples of decades. We are trying to help our own people since many of us were kept out of the know for building actual wealth , which was on purpose. Jewish communities and Asian communities do the same with building up their communities . White people too forever . Us black people are trying to learn and teach our own as well.
@nataliewalters2759 many of us younger White's don't see color like that. Good people are good people. I enjoy and would work with anyone looking to advance

Wow glad I found you!

That's true
She’s sharing her confidence in the market. She’s not full of herself.
I live in London but I want to open a boutique hotel in Spain and a section where converted vans can be rented and people can go around camping.
This was great!
Thanks!
I appreciate your support Kent!
Great questions and nice responses... how do we get in contact with her, if we want to intern
Great episode.

I almost turned it off because of it
This woman had opportunities handed while I give her appraisal for her success this is still far leagues behind in terms of information that she can provide to us
I intently listened to this, and learned nothing.
She doesn't seem like an expert on this topic at all or else it would be clearly explained. I hate word salads!
She would make a great individual for the pyramid scheme business

Must have a clean hotel, and fairly priced
Can you use a sba loan at 10% down?

You asked all the right questions!!!

Glad someone else caught that. Never answered any questions directly
So where did you get the money
the intro music is too loud

She is a wonderful and lively person. Great and cheerful personality. May God Bless her.
Wrong!
Correct!
She is confident. That happens when you're good at something. Stop being insecure

She don't know how to fucken talk.

Feel like she was still gatekeeping and telling us to read her book and her course like she keeps talking around the answer to the question asked
She did not answer your questions. It is always a beginning and end. So she could have gave you a ball park number. She not good with answering questions on interview. #madeitstick
I have a very nice pices of land am looking for partnership to build a hotel with you
Interesting ..
she is bouncing all around the questions... she seems so uncertain of her own business.
I have Cacun Resort Deal waiting for you and your partners to become the new owners. Now asking price $325MM and Seller Finance available.
Not many white women owned hotels either is mainly white men and Indian families she didn't put that in there
Too many ads. Subscribed and unsubscribed. You asked good questions though. ❤
You all are trying to a good job. But You video is toooooooooo longgggggg.🇮🇳 🙈 🤣.
If I had a group "white hotel investors" would that be ok? She sounds great but c'mon
