The current price drop is explained just like every price drop ever and just like every price drop before any halving: Crypto follows BTC. What happens right now is absolutely expected, I even said it will happen in my recent live. If this scares you, please do more research and understand two things: Everything always follows BTC in crypto and drops like this are just normal every day business in crypto

@@johndelpho123 Nothing will be dropped, you'll have to convert your tokens via the merger contracts. You can find the links on the official channels (X/twitter is best) once the merger is live. Please make sure to always double and triple check to not get scammed
OK. I figured that was the case but since there's a merger of tokens, this means that there's going to be a much higher total supply. This increases the market cap but would inevitably decrease the price of ASI after conversion. It's not that it's worth less but rather, as soon as supply increases, price decreases. Am I wrong?
The price of ASI will be the currency price of FET when the merger happens but yes, the marketcap will be higher so in theorie it will have less room to run. However the merger itself also seems to got many new people interested and together they have a way better chance of putting out a working AI model that is better than ChatGPT. And if that happens it can really go through the roof. A lot of ifs here for sure but I am in this project not just because of token price but because I fully believe in the vision of developing decentralised AGI for the benefit of everyone in an open, democratic way. Hi , so the question is , if i buy fet at 1.72 price at 1.8bln market cap , after x3 coin merge total cap will be around 4 bln. At 4bln the price will equal to 4$ which mean 250% gain.So literally i am buying at 1.7$ with lower market cap before merge give 4bln cap. Am i calculated right ?
No it will not automatically convert unless you have it on an exchange. Like it has been shared across all the official channels for the last few months, if you hold it in your own wallet, you'll need to interact to the merger contracts once it's life (on the 15th).
