Good morning sir Q-1 I would choose parliamentary democracy since centralised government could lead to arbitrary use of power by authority without mechanism of check and balance. Moreover parliamentary democracy encapsulates and represent the diversity of india. However to make it more efficient and functioning there is future possibility for all india politician services to train politician to ensure robist functioning of parliamentary democracy. Q-2 option A India don't follow strict separtion of power . There is system of checks and balances among different organs of government. Judiciary exercise this power by declaring laws as null and void and issue directions and guidelines (ex vishaka guidelines) to ensure complete justice ( A142) and prevent arbitrary legislative and executive power . However there is need to strengthen legislative and executive to function within democratic framework so that there is no need for judicial activism Q-3 Option b Still 11 percent people live below poverty line . Government control is necessary to provide essential services like food ,education healthcare to the poor people as private players work for profitability. Q-4 Option A Rule of law should be always followed. Rule of mob can lead to injustice.violence riots in the country especially when exploited by foreign actors like hostile neighbouring countries . Rule of mob can pose challenge to internal security of the nation Q-5 I would choose merit based reward . "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for lifetime. The revadi culture leads to fiscal deficit , make people dependent &lazy, no skill development . The long term goals are ignored to gain short term gains (election). However it can be used to develop skill, train and empower poor people who lag behind in resources. To stop revadi culture Most important is to educate and aware people about it ,its implications. Need to realise people that its their money which is spending on freebies. Laws to limit and define what comes under freebies and welfare scheme... Thankyou so much sir .. waiting for your feedback 😊
Questions n 1 Parliamentary government is better than central government because India is a country with a lot of diversity, and giving all the power in one person can be bad for the interest of a particular class. And there is a saying in the world of law that even if it takes some time, it is better to have justice than to have a judgement. Questions 2 Democracy is the good method known till date but it is not the best due to which many shortcomings can exist in democracy, therefore judicial activism is good but there should be a limit to judicial activism as well. Questions no 4 In a democracy, the ideology of any party may be contrary to the ideologies of the members of the party, but the leader is more important in the party, due to which the views of a public representative elected from a particular area are often ignored, due to which there is no whole-hearted participation in law making, due to which people of a particular area or community have to take help of the mob to get their word done, which shows a huge deficiency in our democracy, we should remove this deficiency, which can only be resolved by saying that the ideology of the party should be in the interest of the country and not in the interest of the party. Questions no 5 Rewari culture has a very bad effect on the economic development of India. The classes which are benefited by Rewari culture are not a part of the economic growth. To stop Rewari culture our governments should only contribute to schemes which are good for the future of our country like education and health. Our governments should also think beyond their vote bank.
1. No matter what I choose, corruption will always be the enemy of mine. I would choose dictatorship(B) only If I am the leader. I cannot guarantee the accountability of others. 2. people shouldn't fear the leader. So Judicial activism(A) Is the good choice. This will only limit the leader from taking any inhuman decision. ( A bad leader can be disaster for humanity ) 3. Businesses do not have growth limitation and a nation shouldn't limit any growth. We can do one thing, when a threshold is crossed ( lets say 100 billion dollar ) we can take tax cuts to provide facilities to new comer. This will help competition and also helps innovations. We should learn this from old businesses. How they sustain their business over the decades. A country is like a business. We earn money, we spend money. 4. Rule Of law (A) and Rule of the Mob(B), these two are in a toxic relationship. Its easy for Mob to demand anything motivated by anger, greed or any other emotions. But practically that's not possible every time. As they don't have single mind they can go from north to south. on the other hand, The Rule of law(A) trying to do its best (We assume) , But cannot satisfy the needs of the people. As a good couple they should hear each other point of view and solve the issue as much as possible. 5. Democracy will always go for Revdi culture. But law can be passed to limit the expenditure. politicians cant just do charity with taxpayers money, it will be injustice to them. Money will not be utilized fully due to corruption, unfortunately. Although Dictatorship can eliminate this issue at its core.
1 question I will choose parliamentary democracy because 1=centralisation of power will lead to arbitrary use of power 2= too much diversity in india (religious diversity, ethnic diversity, linguistic diversity) If one group got all the power might suppress others Question 2 I will choose judicial activism because 1= government premialrly focuses on growth and development and sometimes neglected the environmental repercussions of these decisions 2=and some works of government are completely political to Stop these works we need to judicial activism Question 3 I will choose governments control market 1= free market completely ignored the under developed section of society so to uplift them we need govt control market 2= govt control market restricted to form cartels by private business activities because govt also provide basic services which brings the feeling of competition Q 4 I will choose the rule of law 1= mob rules most of the time guided by emotions but the rule of law is not guided by emotions 2 =rule of law has specific standards and procedures but mobe rule does not have any procedure Q 5 I will choose merit based rewards 1=encourage to get more from others 2=able to recognise our true potential and promote adequate use of our resources Thank you so much sir for this session It is really helpful for brain storming if i am wrong let me know sir ,i will work on it Once again thank you so much sir 🙏🙏
Question 5 : option is A If the reward will be on the basis of hard work, the youth of the country will become hard working and instead of Rewari culture the government must adopt the welfare state culture. Example: the education and health facilities should be free of cost instead of mobile, cycle, electricity as the former are sustainable and will secure the future but the later Ones are just inappropriate use of Nation's resources for the self interest (to win the elections)
Question 2: choice is A As we can take example of schedule 9 which was introduced by the legislature. But judiciary saved the democracy by reviewing it.If judiciary will not interfere in their work the legislature will become dictator.
Parliamentary democracy are suitable for india because we are habitual for us but certain changes are required like -some fine imposed on members of parliament when parliament not properly work because of any inlogical reasons
I am in support of parliamentary democracy because india is multireligious country .... in order to maintain social fabric and hear voices of citizens belonging to different background...
Exactly why your democracy is dysfunctional and can not create timely solutions. Indians were born poor and died poor Indians are born poor and die poor Indians will be born poor and die poor. That is the answer and mirror of your democracy. It is better for states to succeed and create their own nation rather than be in a mechanism that doesn't work and is full of tussles. I wish I was born in china. At least I would have enough opportunities, a strong nation, and not be treated as a pajeet and curry smell in the whole world. 😢 This country has no self-respect. It's people have no self-respect and, above all, people in this country are still living in past glory.
Yes I choose parliamentary democracy but some changes is to be compulsory because as we see some previous year discussion in parliament we are very delaying in making new law process and many more things that I can't write here because my class has started but ROPCOB LS And RS Should reform for better processing
Yes sir we as Indian don’t boycott Chinese goods but try to replace one rule with democracy that huge win for India and USA but world will loose speedy in manufacturing goods with quality for ‘right now’.
Parliamentary democracy need to be upheld because we believe in our moral values&stand upon them firmly but members who are in the parliament need to analysis everything starting from their expenses to running cost of parliament on daily basis&it need to be individual responsibility to upheld our principles&need to bring & present ideas that will change the lives of people& discussion need to be rational&well articulated as 140.86 cr people are looking at them to shape the country towards progress&well developed nation!!
I will choose judicial activism because it will improve the law system of the country because nowadays legislature is not running properly to make the laws on the matters which are very important for this time now like as we see on the Vishaka case of 1997 that judiciary make the guildlines to stop the sexual harrasment on the workplace which was implemented till 2013 posh act it takes 16 year to make the law which should be on priority list of the goverment.
Parliamentary democracy must be there and every leader appointed by use should also be responsible and questionable to people because We the People of India and we are giving them rights to make laws for us. Our democracy has evolved in a way that it has got saturated to the hand of only few people.
Judicial activism is more active from 2014 as of now many things implemented by executive be done but the court direct for example shahin bagh case the protesters has right ,right to protest but not in public place statement by apex court executive fail because of vote bank we we need to work upon more strengthening legislature and executive for development eg more aware to people for their rights and why they choose their representative why they represent you in parliament or state assembly, secondly work on separation of power ,thirdly we need increase parliament session time parliament and state assembly respectively, lastly the implementation of a law and order must be done by the executive judgement must be needed from the judges.
I guess Mob would not be the correct word for this as you said because government is for everyone not for the ones who had voted for them or not. So rule of Mob without any violent activities should also be listened. Because to form associations and accumulate peacefully is a fundamental right under article 19
Judicial activism must be restrained not completely but should be defined in a part because undefined activism is becoming over reach. Separation of power is a part of basic structure doctrine and Supreme Court being the Custodian of Constituion, President being the Guardian of Constitution and Parliament being the supreme legislative body they all together must need to define the subjects under judicial review too because only this thing is giving more power to judiciary and in a democracy like ours there should be checks and balances on all even on judiciary too. So there should be a middle way between both of them.
In favouble of leisure free but some area need to regulate from govt eg medical and science, defence, small farmer subsidies and food security for poor people and rest all leisure free economy let market draw perfect equilibrium form and intervention when needed. Added up India need one taxation system and focus on indirect tax, this year tax from direct sector is increase than corporate sector result leads more corruption
Yes parliamentary democracy is good for strengthening people fundamental rights but some area eg like defence and security and other which in always in favourable for national strengthening we must tilt towards china model.
