Thank you and it's so great, May I ask u something, how can I fix the problem with the delay time when suddenly the accident as like "example: the wheels suddenly the car got leaking" on delivery and how to fix the the schedule and the customer who angry because their order in delay.. Which clause action we have to give an attention it?
Hello, Amel - thanks for your comment! Delivery delays happen in every organization. There are a few clauses that apply. First you would capture customer satisfaction (9.1.2). Record the non-conformance (missed deliver date) in clause 10.2. Then find the reason (10.2.1 b) 2). Try to get your supplier to be realistic with delivery expectations so you don't disappoint your customer. Maybe a tracking system would help keep you informed of delivery dates. The main question to ask and answer is: what is the weakness in our system that allowed this to happen?
Thanks again for asking - I hope this helped...Jim
Hi please check your spelling of operation. Great advice though. Any videos on preparing for a management review meeting?
Thanks, Winston - good catch! I just changed it yesterday, in fact. Best preparation that I know of for a Management Review meeting is to read 9.3 and be ready to talk about the inputs that you are responsible for. You might like this one, though: ruclips.net/video/GMBYwKNtPKc/видео.html
Thanks again for your comment...
There's more information here, too, in Clause 9: ruclips.net/video/PlflgF9AVgI/видео.html
