"Held to account" ....sorry but , was he *uck all it did was allow him to rubbish the previous Pandemic Prepardness Plans and to push the narrative for more quicker lockdown Implimentation "next time" .....thus paving way for the Government to sign up to the WHO Pandemic Treaty, whichnis what the Covid Enquiry was set up to provide the excuse for

It's not a failure, it's what they intended to happen, the only failure for them is not everyone took the experimental mRNA gene therapy injections, and now people who did are comparing their health with people who didn't, under 10% of NHS staff got the latest booster and around half the flu shot.

In fairness there was an assumption that many people would be ventilated, hence needing sedation which is the midazolam.
As it happened ventilation was the wrong treatment for the vast majority of patients. I don’t see this as a problem. Much as I loathe this man and can see him squirm and try to avoid the responsibility that he took on, this particular issue was not foreseeable.

To prove that all the bad decisions this collection of lyers, thieves and murderers made were intentional look no further than Italy, they were 2-3 weeks ahead of our curve so we had the benefit of their experience. Similar size country, population, preparedness etc and Italy didn't have the benefit of anyone's experience to go by as Italy was the first country to get walloped and yet the UK done a worse job than Italy. The only way it was possible to do a worse job than Italy was if it was done intentionally, the 2 biggest bi-products of the Tories decisions were that it killed lots of elderly and sick people (social cleansing exercise) the Tories class sick and elderly as unproductive and undesirable when it comes to running the economics of the country, and the other notable bi-product was the Tories plundering the public purse for themselves with overinflated covid contracts, but all that is happy coincidence s for the people making the decisions and nothing to do with the fact that they are making the decisions if you know what I mean.

The plan they had was focused on 2 parts, firstly the 'social cleansing exercise' part was to weaponise the virus, spread it around as much as possible knowing that it'll run riot on the sick people of all ages and the elderly, the people who this government class as unproductive and undesirable when running the economics of the country, and all that leads to the 2nd phase of the plan which was to enact'war time powers' which means that the covid contracts that should of been put up for public tender instead were dished out amongst the Tory party and their friends, relatives, party donors etc. So operation 'social cleansing and plunder the public purse' was a resounding success them.

Personally, one of the key questions or lines of enquiry ought to be, "Was this really a lab leak (all evidence suggests it was)? Why was that so rapidly 'brushed under the rug'? Why were the same 'experts' who effectively called the shots and advise governments the only ones privy to the information in Jan/Feb 2020? Why were they the key people focused on cancelling or deplatforming others, including experts, enquiring about a lab leak? What do these people all have to hide? Why are they all intrinsically linked to government agencies/departs, big pharma, regulators and NGOs so keen on mRNA, etc.?" In my view, if not for the push in the background for money and policy change to bring mRNA into the foreground, gain of function may not have happened and the leaks that result in something like this would not take place. For the sake of money, being the first to 'win the race' (just too at how UK gov officials including the PM were all over the fact that the UK was first to create a vaccine!!), and accolades these people are prepared to sacrifice lives just like government officials are when they decide to go to war or fund wars!!
