    Love this!
    I grew up in Easter Europe, where there was no ginger, so the hot mustard paste was used for the same purpose.
    Makes you uncomfortable for the short time with all that heat, but the benefits can't be beat!
    Thank you for sharing the knowledge of goodness.

    I testify that this works. It helped me when my achilles were inflamed. I could barely walk because of pain. I tried this, kept the wrap overnight though it stung but it was tolerable for me. The next day, I saw a tremendous changed.

    I've tried this and it works a treat on chronic lower back pain. I apply it to a large sanitary pad after soaking in hot water then apply to each side of my lower back area and secure it with self adhesive fabric cut to size.

    • @loupurvis3148
      @loupurvis3148 7 месяцев назад

      Just a square of cotton fabric, I think. You could use any old thin cotton, I’ve also seen her use disposable cleaning cloths like Chux.
      Edit: I just saw someone comment below that this is paper towel? I don’t think it matters much, but I have heard her say to avoid nylon and polyester.
