How to kill Commander Niall without taking any Damage at RL1 in Elden Ring

He is known as one of the most annoying bosses due to his moveset in phase 2 and the 2 summons he has in phase 1. I had to try different methods on how to deal with the summons ranging from parries, jump attacks and other methods but found that using unsheate was the best way especially when delaing with Commander Niall himself.
