Hi Robert I love the sweet potato chips you made. They look crispy on the outside and I am sure they are fluffy on the inside - yum yum! Mic appeared not too keen to try them but, judging by his stretching, maybe this was because it was still early and wasn't quite awake! You have inspired me to get some sweet potatoes and try your recipe. I am also going to try making deep fried cassava cakes using your method. Please could you tell me what the white grains were that you added to the cassava before moulding them into balls for frying? Thank you in advance. The combo of pumpkins, banana trunk and cornmeal you cooked for the pigs went down well with all of them. They are fortunate to receive such good food all the time. Your excellent farming and animal care skills do you credit.
