Finishing Touch Pass BackDoor Cut Reverse/Layup Or Dunk (Make Sure You are setting up the defender when you cut.
Back Door Cut off 2 feet Layup or Dunk
Partner Shooting ( Please do each Drill on Both Sides 3-5 times each )
Handoff Midrange Pullup Screener Corner midrange
Handoff Wing 3s Screener Sprint to Corner 3
Handoff Attack Kick for Corner 3s Passer top of the key 3
Handoff/ Rescreen 1 dribble Go off screen 1 dribble Pullup
Handoff /Rescreen Hold Dribble slide 3
Individual Shooting ( Please do each Drill on Both Sides 3-5 times each )
1 dribble Pullup at the elbow
2 dribble Pullups at 3
1 dribble behind the back 1 Dribble Pullup
Attack Dribble Behind The Back 2 Dribbles 3s
Pass & Cut and Shooting Midrange & 3s ( Please do each Drill on Both Sides 3-5 times each )
Sprinting Corners 2, Wings 3, top of the key 3.
Ballhandling & Shooting ( Please do each Drill on Both Sides 3-5 times each )
3 Cones Drill
Between the Legs Pullup 44:38(Make 3-5 Both Sides) _
Behind The back Pullup 45:09 (Make 3-5 Both Sides) _
Behind the Back 2 Dribble Pullup
