Such a fantastic fish room. Seems so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. No loud bubblers, frenetic humming of the air pump and crazy bright lights. Seems so clean and organized. Just an over all beautiful room with such a calming effect on me. I absolutely love it. Such a great example of an organized smooth operation.
You did an excellent job with this video. I'm catching up on freshwater shrimp and appreciated all of the information you've shared here. Thanks so much and thumbs UP!
I laughed to hard at Cory's "I wish a had a daphnia problem... I do have a daphnia problem, but I got the worst problem... That I can't make it (breed them efficiently)." Love this channel.
I had no idea when watching this, almost two years ago, that I would have six of those Goldeis! I wasn't a big fan of Rainbows then. Now, the rarer they are, the more I want. These guys will be arriving Friday. Incredible fish! Tank is ready and waiting. So stoked! Thanks Lucas, and Cory!
Awesomeness! That turned out really good and was fun to watch from another aquatic RUclipsrs perspective you did great with the vid especially how late the shoot was. Thanks for coming over and your always welcome back! Taco Union Unite!
L.R.Bretz's Aquatics hey bro I noticed some interesting thermometers on a few of your tanks looks like a stick-on with a digital readout. Would you suggest them to others? I'm looking for a better way to keep track of my tank temps but buying a digital thermometer for each tank can get expensive.
I noticed the tanks are not drilled so is he going around doing water changes by hand??? This fish room(s) amazing man...and so organized😁😁My two favorite things!
Yeah, it really inspired me, as my old fish room was like this, every tank had plants. But it takes years to establish it, His has been going for over 5 years etc. It's hard to not go broke, planting 100 tanks.
i dont own alot of tanks but if i did i think i would probably try to really pump out dwarf sag in a high light tank that looks pretty good by itself way better then not having it anyway lol
you should do a planted tank build from beginning to end ...buy the tank substrates plants etc set it up.. video everything leave it raw..it would be an awesome video....talk about things that newbies wouldnt know to do .....your videos are great
Wow...impressive fish room. I don't think anyone can complain about having to do manual water changes again after seeing that set up..lol. Very clean rooms, too, which is extremely impressive.
I enjoy when people you are visiting don’t do things the way you think it should be done. Like when you are talking about how you should cycle the tank well before adding shrimp and he says he just shakes off some gunk from a cycled filter into the new tank and you say “ok” but there is just the sliiiightest tone of disapproval lol. Same when people are unbagging and they open up the bags but let them sit in the shipping water in a bucket. Like you don’t want to tell them how to do their thing in their own home but you still don’t like it haha
So I've been growing Italian Val. In ponds in Florida, and it's rare, but the Italian Val flowers. Doesn't look like what if really call a flower, and don't know if it actually classifies as a flower, but it does something of the sort where it produces a stem with a bud, and an opening on it.
Aquarium Co-Op I have found a secure facility for my Chinese Algae Eater if he plays up and I just bought more Rasbora, Embers and Cardinals for my communitehhh so life is chilled here. Go on brah.
"i dont have time for cycling" agreed i do exactly what he said. i just take some old filter media and plants or rocks from other tanks and works just fine unless you plan on putting 30 fish into a 20 gallon all at once
My friend and i actually did this project where we bred wild cherries we collected to some cherry shrimp we got for cheap 2 years later we have red rilis, red blue rilis, choco, and painted reds all from that experiment
Sooo true for overfeeding. But I find it hard not to overfeed, since I have ALOT of fry. I have 15 pelvicachromis pulcher fry in a tank. And I have 4 different batches of mixed regular/albinos bristlenose pleco in an nother tank... I was not intending to get into breeding, but man I am more and more into it
The cript fact its amazing. I planted one in one tank and the newborn plants i put them in two different tanks and they look completely different the three cripts
HOLY CRAP. that plastic netting on the filter, that's what I've been looking for! Funny thing is all my endlers are from LR Bretz. Tough fish, very hardy... looooove to breed lol. My one tank actually has a natural moss ramp going up the water outlet, but the other one... this mesh will be a perfect solution.
@@lucyt-c8092 I have wood in the tanks, I’m talking about safely lowering ph and hardness, I think the only thing I can do is set up a RO unit, and then mix in tap water until I get the balance I want.
Nice! Cory, because you r almost at 30k why don't you set up a live camera or film you're live sub count? That would be cool! Also, I'm pretty sure the vid is almost downloaded :)

Cheers for doing this Cory ,Bretzs has a great setup.
Wow!!! One of the best fishrooms I've seen yet!
+BigAlCeja left me inspired for sure.
You did an excellent job with this video. I'm catching up on freshwater shrimp and appreciated all of the information you've shared here. Thanks so much and thumbs UP!
I came across his channel a few weeks ago... and yet... mind blown!
this is how fish people party :)
+piranha fish lol pretty much.
Absolutely ❤️
I am drooling, now I can finally get the full scope of how epic your fish/shrimp/plant room is!
Needed a break from homework so I thought I might see what Cory was up to today :) lol

Those live plants were AWESOME!!!!
It is true....
Flannel and tacos are a prerequisite to being a good fishkeeper.

Recently got into shrimp. Tanks, tanks, gimmie mo' tanks.
literally watched this at 1:24 am and me and my friend are making queso dip 😂😂
+Max Husa perfect!!
Love this guy. He knows how to start a video!!
Awesomeness! That turned out really good and was fun to watch from another aquatic RUclipsrs perspective you did great with the vid especially how late the shoot was. Thanks for coming over and your always welcome back! Taco Union Unite!
Yeah, I thought we did amazing for being so tired lol.
Indeed!
Bretz! Are you not carrying shrimp anymore on your website?

+Kala C yes, he does the water changes manually
😮 wow that's impressive. Not just the manual water changes but the rooms. Props to this guy!
i love how bretz has plants in pretty much everything
Yeah, it really inspired me, as my old fish room was like this, every tank had plants. But it takes years to establish it, His has been going for over 5 years etc. It's hard to not go broke, planting 100 tanks.
i feal like there has to be a plant you can propogate in bulk in high light co2 that can then be transfered to a bunch of low light tanks
Sure, but all of the same plant is kinda boring as well :(
i dont own alot of tanks but if i did i think i would probably try to really pump out dwarf sag in a high light tank that looks pretty good by itself way better then not having it anyway lol
is it just me, or does this guy remind anyone of andy from the office?! great video
L.R., you are a perfect level of bad-ass.
1am and just getting started sounds like every night during quarantine! Woo! Free vacation!

I did not expect that. Very high quality fish room! Shrimp stampede!
Superb video. Thanks to all of you.
+Robinsa thanks for watching :)
Awesome I learned so much thanks Corey!!!
Wow...impressive fish room. I don't think anyone can complain about having to do manual water changes again after seeing that set up..lol. Very clean rooms, too, which is extremely impressive.
Ohh I remember the god Ole' days of Cory going around doing some awesome fish room tours...lol.
What a fun tour! Love you guys nerding out about fish, it’s so great! (I’ve copied the deli cup lid trick, it works great 👍).
cory is a rocking interviewer for these things
That guy has an awesome room
thats an amazing series of rooms for sure! I didn't know that bloody marys had the color in the body instead of the shell
Thanks man ..learns lots of stuff from you..i only wish i could buy from you ...I'm in SA so that's out

Mid-night Tacos......video already starting out well. Niceeeeeeeee
Wow. What an incredible fishroom. Im looking at setting up a nano shrimp tank and this has definitely gave me some ideas for it.
+Chase Williams I want to go back!
Cool videos Cory.. I really enjoy watching your videos.. All the best ..From South Africa..
in the shrimp tank at 11:00 what is the carpet on that tank? i love the look of it!
forestelleth I think it is mainly algae. :)
The cup lid trick is amazing! Was trying to find a solution for that problem. Ill deff. Steal th idea.

I'm always relaxed at taco thirty :P

I'm fixing to make those bubble splash guards from large MacDonald's drink lids
He has a great channel that people need to check out! A lot of knowledge to learn from. :)
Hi Cory, I wish you have more uploads like this one in the past
Key Takeaway: Container Lid to deflect bubbles building Salt layer any surface it hits.
Catching up with this oldie fishroom tour, sooo good.🤙
Bobs struggle with the lid for the taco meat. The struggle is real.
"i dont have time for cycling"
agreed i do exactly what he said. i just take some old filter media and plants or rocks from other tanks and works just fine unless you plan on putting 30 fish into a 20 gallon all at once
"There was a baby explosion in here recently" 👶💥
lol pink schrimp, I would like some of those. So different , but oh so nice.
My friend and i actually did this project where we bred wild cherries we collected to some cherry shrimp we got for cheap 2 years later we have red rilis, red blue rilis, choco, and painted reds all from that experiment
Can shrimps and ramirezzi be in the same tank?
Or will they eat them right away
43:33 I laughed so hard when you were like Mmmhmmm 😂😂
I am glad you and dean met how did u meet
Did he ever got the Free food from tetra colors?
I don't believe he has.
Boooo. and tell em I hope he does.
OMG! The best fish room ever! If I lived nearby I would hang out there all the time (if L.R. would let me)! Ha!
Sooo true for overfeeding. But I find it hard not to overfeed, since I have ALOT of fry.

Coming back for 3rd time to see the water change slide. Sweet hacks in here!
At 11:15
Awesome stuff Thanks for sharing
Awesome Iv been getting little things in my tank and the dots on my glass Glad to know it’s daphnia I was thinking about growing a colony later
that was so cool !
Awesome video. Did you notice what type of snails he had more of?
Watching this makes me want to buy more tanks😂
Great fishroom - I'm jealous of your moss growth!
The cript fact its amazing. I planted one in one tank and the newborn plants i put them in two different tanks and they look completely different the three cripts
I have one transparent shrimp, love them.
OH My god!!! All that white carpet, brave man:O
how does he clean them? There so close to each other! wow! beautiful
Very cool, great tanks!
Awesome fish room I wish I had a bigger house 👍
Its like a fish house!

I think the Anubias flower is technically a "spadix", similar to a peace lily flower.
Can you keep and breed endlers and shrimp in the same tank?
Clownfish Farm I think so
I think I'm jealous as well...
I certainly am
How do you soften water? My water out of the tap is 8.4 ph and the hardness is off the API chart.
ad wood
@@lucyt-c8092 I have wood in the tanks, I’m talking about safely lowering ph and hardness, I think the only thing I can do is set up a RO unit, and then mix in tap water until I get the balance I want.
Can you have guppies and nano fish mixed in with shrimp or will the fish eat the shrimp
I use EcoComplete as a cap for lighter Fluval Stratum and it works great
The lid trick! The lid trick!
awesome
Wow very impressed
oh damn you said this was a 2 parter on bobs channel holy molly
The moss is Willow Moss
At 11:25 I did the same thing but to slow down the current and bubbles.
do shrimp like tanks with lots of algae?
he's the man! I got his Painted Fire Reds.
Great video. I loved seeing his set up. What a great guy. I sub'ed his channel. Thanks for sharing your work.
+Tina Cuppernell yeah he's super nice as well. Want to support him as much as I can.
Yes! Someone else uses a microscope to diagnose! Great vid. TY!
can you PLEASE do a video about 'guppies, like all about them? and what fish go with them ect.
Nice! Cory, because you r almost at 30k why don't you set up a live camera or film you're live sub count? That would be cool! Also, I'm pretty sure the vid is almost downloaded :)
Impressive...love it
