A friend of mine used to love riding these bikes. He even taught me too. He would have loved this episode. So I forwarded on to his children to watch. Hopefully you two more families watching you program. Cheers from Minnesota, USA. Skillet
I had the chance to ride a penny-farthing when I was a lot younger. It is an acquired skill that is nothing like riding a "standard" bike. I was always terrified riding one.
I own one of these lovely machines. They are an absolute joy to ride. One must be careful, though. A crash could do some serious damage to both the rider and the bike.

That bloke did not look eighty years old! But the bike sure does look it’s age of one hundred and fifty!
Be careful when approaching low bridges else your Top Hat get knocked off.
What happened to the owner & his reaction 🤔
I loved it.
Are the ones with the smaller wheel in front and the larger in the back also called Penny Farthings?
He does not look 80!
Yeh, the wife does.
