If you want to learn Indian Sign Language properly I would suggest that you do a certification course from a place that hires a deaf teacher. You can check out organisations like ISLRTC, Noida Deaf Society, NIHH, National Association of Deaf, Haryana Welfare Society for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment, AIISH, V-shesh, GiftAbled, Sai Swayam Society, IDBA. (I am not associated with any of these, I am not an expert.) Happy learning. :)

Whoever made this language could have made it way simpler . It could be the month symbol and the number of the month as the date. Unnecessarily complicating things .

You can also find the link to the dictionary on their website (link in the description box). If you are planning to learn ISL, I'd suggest that you check the courses offered by ISRTC and Noida Deaf Society.
