They are streamed live and archived on OPENREC.tv, which is basically the Japanese version of Twitch. You can download the app (I have iPhone, not sure if it’s on Android) or go on the website and watch them. If you watch it live, sometimes their is a separate broadcast with English commentators, which is nice
This Topanga is not character locked, right? As I'm surprised to see that Nemo is sticking with G and now he's risking elimination. Unlikely, but possible.
It's not character locked. I think the stake is not that high compared to CPT and they know match up beforehand so it's a good place to test new characters.
