This is going to be a lengthy reply, going out, especially to everyone who continues to make excuses for Cormani and not hold him to account for the terrible choices he continues to make.
True, "God doesn't throw anyone away." 1 John 1:9 "If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just [true to His own nature and promises], and will forgive our sins and cleanse us continually from all unrighteousness [our wrongdoing, everything not in conformity with His will and purpose]."
HOWEVER, 1 John 1:8 "If we say we have no sin [refusing to admit that we are sinners], we delude ourselves and the truth is not in us. [His word does not live in our hearts.]"
Refusing to admit wrongdoing can have several negative consequences, including:
      Erosion of trust
Decline in productivity, morale, and innovation
Psychological rigidity [People who refuse to admit they're wrong may use psychological rigidity as a defense mechanism. They may fear being seen as weak or losing power and control.]
Impact on others [When someone doesn't take responsibility for their actions, it can hurt the people they've harmed.]
Long-term impact [The longer someone denies or hides a mistake, the more impact it will have in the long term.]
Admitting mistakes can have several positive consequences, including:
Fostering a culture of learning: Admitting mistakes can set an example for continuous learning and growth.
Improving decision-making: Admitting mistakes can lead to better decision-making in the future.
Building confidence: Admitting mistakes can build trust in leadership and create a sense of safety for team members.
Being considered more competent and likable: People who admit to being wrong are often considered more competent and likable than those who don't.

The lack of Desire and Want To was something Prime kept re-emphasizing over and over with Cormani. I'd be pretty surprised to see him back in Boulder. I think they have a really nice cohesive group out there right now and they've also changed their recruiting approach some as well. You need a white coach to teach you how to play DB instead of Prime. Prime was a great player, but a lousy coach. Is Cormani getting proper coaching with CU? Come back home to Florida where you're loved. You should have went to Miami, Colorado is not the place for you. You will receive better coaching at Florida. Colorado will ruin you. That's all I saw in comments, live streams, and videos. Where they at now? Cormani is now being coached and benched by a White Coach. Where's Cormani Richard riders? Where's the trolls? They have gone completely silent. They only wanted Cormani to leave the Buffs to stick it to Coach Prime, they were not looking out for the well being of Cormani.

Too late for a second chance. He thinks posting a pic being at ex team gm gonna get him on the gator depth chart. Nope. Gators desperate but not that desperate 😂. Cormani will everything except work hard.

Didn’t feel he should have a second chance before. However, I would love to see the difference a second chance would look like! If there’s a Coach that would do it, it would be Coach Prime!! Due to his Fatherly mindset!!🦬👀🙏🏽☮️💓💯🎉

The UCF passing game would have eaten Cormoni alive. He’s too small and too slow.
