I totally appreciate the fact that you really are putting in work as far as taking some absolutely stunning photos. And it’s not just for content sake. It’s because it’s something you love and enjoy. And you can definitely see it in your work. It just goes to show that you don’t need all the high end gear just to take a good picture. And although the Ricoh is not a cheap camera. It’s about the passion and love for the art. You’re not so eccentric or over top. The mood and demeanor just creates a smooth aesthetic. It’s truly just pure relaxation and enjoyment. And that to me speaks volumes about how far you have come to as far as being a photographer. It’s about the art form and the beauty around us that we tend to take for granted or just overlook. These videos just keep getting better and better. Thanks for the great video. Cheers….
Ricoh put some great color science into that camera. The images you’ve taken here reflect that science, a spectacular lens and of course, your skill. Very meditative video.
I loved everything about this vid, the POV, the captions, the grading and of course; the snapshots. I particularly liked the expression of that guy in the laundry mat. I can’t wait to see more f these types of videos!
Hello, RUclips recommended your channel to me and I found this video extremely relaxing to watch. I'm now subscribed and I'm hoping to see more videos in the future!
I just recently got my GRIII and found your channel while looking for content. Love the videos! Really been inspiring me to get out afterwork, walk around and take pictures. I've been having fun with your Yawarakai 160 recipe! Keep the videos coming!
So so good. I absolutely love your videos and content, always enjoyable. Thank you for taking the time to make and share them. Your images are spectacular.
You sold me on the ricoh III (x), loving my first "real" camera! I'm not yet that deep into how photo editing and Lightroom works, but I will give your presets a try next!
Purchased your presets a few days ago and have been experimenting with them. They are all very good and not easy to decide which ones to apply. Just have to try out different lighting conditions for use with different presets. But I have to say that they are good starting points. Which preset(s) are you using the most in this video? Shikoku? I like Shikoku and Doshiba the most so far. Kyoto and Eiga are really good for night scenes. Well done!

Man, I wish I could go back. Wandering and photographing in the back alleys of Hiroshima was such a joy. Such a beautiful, vibrant, lived-in city.
I hope you can come back in the future. Such a beautiful city

Hey, awesome photos. Are the majority of these photos shot in snap mode?
A lot in snap distance priority mode but sometimes I switch to aperture priority mode with my AF ON on the FN button
New video? Banzai! ❤

My go to is Shikoku, on this video too it was my starting point for almost all photos 👍🏻
@@adriensanguinetti Good to know. Thanks!
Great pictures as always! I've been thinking about getting one but I've heard about the dust issue. Does yours have any issues while using it?
Thanks! No dust issue after 2 years using it 👌🏻
That's a relief! Are you using a UV filter or some lens protector or something? Or you just use it the way it is?
Hi did you use the A7IV to take the thumbnail picture?
Yes! With my Sigma 24-70
Are you using a chest or necklace mount for your gopro when you do POV videos?
Sometimes a chest mount but recently more just a clip attached to my sling bag
28mm is kinda wide that i find myself uncomfortable to shoot, the way i prefer my subject to be larger..
28mm is not an easy focal length indeed. I got better at it but was really not good at the start haha
It has a ND filter??? 😅
Yeah a built in ND turns on when it is super bright
Are you using a straight gr111 or gr111x? Enjoying your work
