Just in case you didn't know;
The phrase 「もう知らない」can also mean "I don't care anymore" or "Have it your way".
It mainly expresses an attitude of rejecting someone.
In this case, the alien girl was probably disappointed that "you" didn't understand her thoughts and "looked at her with scary eyes". And so she stopped trying to take "you" to the alien planet at last, saying 「もう知らないわ」.

These lyrics are beautiful, I relate this song in a weird way since I’ve felt alienated a lot. And there’s this playful, childish voice in my head even when I’m alone & alienated that encourages me to be happy even though I’m alone, or it encourages my imagination like.. “we come from the stars, it’s no wonder we don’t fit in!”
Lyrics like “You and me don’t really need these things do we? Or do we?” Feels like when I’m communicating with that voice. And the way the alien in this song is feared, ect. I relate to on a meaning that people fear what they don’t understand, and it’s hard to understand me (mostly thanks to my disorders). And when I get mistreated or these disorders don’t get considered by others, it feels somewhat dehumanising (like I’m an alien).
What I understand from these lyrics is the alien doesn’t take who they’re talking to back to their planet with them because they fear them, and this disappoints/saddens the alien. I relate to this too, the planet being “my true self”. It’s very hard to open up to people who don’t try or just can’t understand you. (Sorry for the rambling I just love this song.)
