The simplicity of the wooden flute as opposed to being covered in gold also for me appears to be symbolic of humility and the beauty and/of innocence found in humility which is pleasing and good in the eyes of God.

What a beautiful story and beautiful music. I cannot help but say it is very much like Messiah Yeshua who rode in on a donkey and was humble even to death and how even today some think that doing all of the rituals and such will bring glory to Abba yet they fail to see that simply accepting Messiah Yeshua in addition to Torah is all it takes. The bread and the water. A simple meal for a pure heart 🙏

Such blinding tears of joy stream from my eyes, for your playing the heritage of a culture richer than the world has known, from the simplest of reed instruments. A testament truly to the loss I feel when I gaze upon all the works of man, and his claims to mastery of the spheres, when the simple tune you played lets me envision a life of elements in sync with the 30th Psalm of King David. How very befitting that such circumstances should crown that days dedication of the Temple.

      @@CarlosPerez-cs1wz CHRSTIAN & MISSIONARY MIS-TRANSLATION ALERT OF >> ISAIAH 53
      Isaiah 53:5a --- Bears penalty for mankind’s transgressions --- Luke 23:33
This claim is based on a terrible mistranslation in Chrstian versions. Most Chrstian translations make it appear that the suffering servant "was wounded for our transgressions." This would seem to fit Jsus who is described as beaten and even pierced in the side by his tormentors.
The only problem is that is not what Y'shayahu / Isaiah 53:5 says.
The servant is not pained FOR the gentile nations (or anyone else).
The servant is pained BECAUSE OF those people.
"He was pained because of our rebellious sins and oppressed through our (because of our) iniquities; the chastisement upon him was for our benefit, and through his wounds we were healed." Y'shayahu / Isaiah 53:5.
Because of what those people DID to the servant the servant was pained.
It is because of the transgressions, sins, wrong-doings of the speakers that the servant suffered.
The servant is oppressed through (because of) the iniquities of the speakers.
      וְהוּא֙ מְחֹלָ֣ל מִפְּשָׁעֵ֔נוּ מְדֻכָּ֖א מֵעֲוֹנֹתֵ֑ינוּ מוּסַ֤ר שְׁלֹומֵ֙נוּ֙ עָלָ֔יו וּבַחֲבֻרָתֹ֖ו נִרְפָּא־לָֽנוּ׃
The Hebrew in Y'shayahu / Isaiah 53:5 uses the prepositions מִ and מֵ which are abbreviations of מִן / min which should be translated here as "because of."
The modern Chrstian translation the NET Bible agrees. It translates Y'shayahu / Isaiah 53:5 as "He was wounded because of our rebellious deeds, crushed because of our sins; he endured punishment that made us well; because of his wounds we have been healed." and a footnote in the "NET bible says: “The preposition…has a causal sense (translated “because of”) here and in the following clause.” (NET Bible footnote 15)."
The mistranslation of "for" our transgressions (when it should be "because of") stems from an English grammatical issue, not a Hebrew issue. In English the word "for" can be a preposition or as a conjunction. When used as a preposition for it can mean "on behalf of" -- which is the way most Chrstians perceive its use in Y'shayahu / Isaiah 53:5.
However, when "for" is used as a conjunction (which is the use in the Hebrew of Y'shayahu / Isaiah 53:5) "for" is not a preposition, it is a conjunction it means "because" or "since." The American Heritage Dictionary.
Translations are tricky things and the use of "for" is misleading to readers. Let's return to the Hebrew that actually appears in Y'shayahu / Isaiah 53:5.

@@CarlosPerez-cs1wz You disrespect this page! This page is intolerant of Xtians trying to proselytize! What you're doing is what Xtians have done for years and this is nothing new. You have a mandate to proselytize (by your church, pastors and that anti Semite apostle Paul) and that is FORBIDDEN on this page.
Specifically, you are posting trying to prove the existence of Jsus in Tanakh. Your comments are baseless.
The Messiah is a Jewish concept and NOT a Xtian concept. Jsus NEVER QUALIFIED to be anyone's messiah.
To believe that makes one Biblically illiterate, ignorant of Tanakh and unwilling to look at the real history of corrupted new testament texts that were created by the early anti-Semitic church fathers. So, it's your choice to believe that, but do not compose ridiculous comments that tell me clearly that you don't understand your Bible!

I am a classical music nerd. That melody for Psalm 30 sounded remarkably like Holst's Jupiter in his Symphony of the Spheres, -the melody of the king of the gods, coming to sit on his throne. What a remarkable resemblance to the divinity of the God of the Bible! Also, the fact that the oboe gets its name from a Hebrew word is so cool. Oboe is one of my favorite classical instruments, and I hear something oboe-like in some Mizrahi music that I listen to, but can't find the name of it.

I feel the burning on my skin but haven't been consumed. And the I feel the deep water surrounding me but I haven't drowned. I don't know what to think???? Why me or others. But why does God allow me to go on living?? It is frustrating to find the answers. I have searched all of Isaiah and NT.... But still don't know why here. And why me.
