You should show it in action, how much power is drawn from the wall socket (use a watt meter), that will show how much power is used by an amp and how much this adapter will provide. Next, you should also show, how much Voltage is outputted to speaker by using multimeter and use clamp meter for measuring current (in Ampere), then VxA = watt that is active on the speaker. like this for example, copy paste it to youtube url /watch?v=Bf5oFjJEV2k So we will know going from 48v 5A to 48v 10A have difference in output or not. I think Audiosciencereview ever measured that Aiyima A07 can only output 40watt or smth I forgot even though the spec says 300w.
The GaN seems to be better, but without testing how can we know? 1) Please show noise figures for the supplies. 2) Please show how the different supplies perform under load. How much power can they actually deliver? Also, what is the advantage (if any) in using a 10A power supply instead of a 5A supply, with specific reference to the A70?
I dont think Aiyima amplifier can draw full 240watt power from those power supply, so both wont trigger the fan but cmiiw. I only use Aiyima A07 and I've tried several power supplies (black bricks) and meanwell smps power supply, Aiyima A07 can only draw 4-8 watts of power, that is so low. It never triggers the power supply fan to turn on.
Thanks for this interesting comparison.
I have an A70, and I really like the GaN charger it comes with.
Electronic bike Charger can be used as power supply ? 48v 12AH
interesting
at least this explains why the new BO7 cost so much more than other Aiyima 3255 amps. I hope you sell the B07 without the GAN PSu in the future.

Which is noisier?

The MOSFET version can be made smaller, space can be saved from single ly PCB to 2 lys board and pars can be place closer
Much smaller
