Very, very good interview!! Tom and Nova (his secret weapon), are a gift from God and their music are healing or helping MILLIONS of people (I'm one) through life's pitfalls and problems! Tom's lyrics and messages in the songs can't be ignored when you listen to them! Each song has an intended message and/or profound meaning that can caress your your heart, poke ur ears, or rattle ur brain with facts! Music that plays your emotions like a harp ranging from sad, happy, funny, anger, hopeful! I used to not hear lyrics in songs because they never said anything much! Same junk over and over! Tom's lyrics can open eye wide, make jaws fall to floors, start debates, enlighten, heal hearts, save lives, give hope, unite people, etc!! Tom and Novas struggles thru life, addiction, current events, politics, cultural, lock down, etc etc, forged Tom/Nova into what they are today!! Just hit play. When Tom gives an interview, it's always GREAT!! Found him in 2018 and haven't been able to get out of the rabbit hole since (not that I've tried). I have every CD he and Nova have done and it's all I listen to in my car. I just bought my 2016 Tahoe last February. Was going to buy a new one, but after 2016 they quit putting in CD players. I have been a Tom Macdonald fan ( Hangover Gang ) since 2017 and I have always been dreaming to meet Tom and have him be the voice of mission to bring unity in the communities to eliminate hate through the power of music and unity cause music is the universal language of the human race and there is a little of us in each of us we are one.
It's very important what Tom speaks about in his music. It needs to be said and put out there. A lot of us feel what he is saying but feel like we really don't really have a voice. I have never liked rap until I heard Tom. I love the fact that he doesn't spew all the garbage that most rappers put out there. He is unique, talented, cute and I love his little dog lol.
