    Aloha, so lemme try this again i do not know if my other comment will pop up as i was actually leaving a comment for ikaikaloha something happened and when that did i came and looked and saw that even my comment to you guys wasnt here!!
    We're from the Windward side, we left in 2014 to Maui and then left Maui in 2015. Watching your vidyas makes us miss home but makes us SO HAPPY and then this reminds us that whenevas we get home sick that, home is really just a click away!!
    One thing we loved about this vidya was watching the next gen learn how to keep it going, aurite 🤙🏼🤙🏼😁😁 many mahalos for this vid take it easy until the next

    FYI/Cooking tip.....Wrap lau lau in parchment paper b4 aluminum foil. Aside of butterfish, Never thought to add weke ula to contents!...Very Good, Very Good!

    In Fiji we call that mountain apple KAVIKA..❤ I’m Rotuma and our main delicacy is made of Taro aka Dalo / Aàn, we skin the dalo after pulling them then we grate the taro and add starch mix them together then put them in banana leaves than into the lovo aka earth oven once out mix them immediately with coconut milk and sugar cause the heat from the taro cooks the fresh coconut cream and sugar…and you call that “FEKEI” Noa ià and Bula Vinaka all the way from FIJI ❤❤❤

    So true tho, plenty kids don’t know where their food comes from. Unless their families farmers or live sustainable, most don’t know much. This why I ❤watching u guys. Spread aloha, get the keiki involved. Show everybody we can live pono & guys can bring home the bacon & chef’um too! 😆💪🏽🤙🏾

    Ayo, we all need to spend a day at a place like Ikaika's taro farm. Turn off your phones, get back in touch with the aina, and spend quality time with friends and fam. The food looked good too!
