What wonderful gifts and books. Love the jigsaw. I buddy read Christmas at Stoney Creek nd Christmas at Harringtons with Elizabeth. We both really enjoyed both of them, I hope you will too. The little Christmas lady is beautiful. Those Victoria books are stunning.
Yes, I have had several of those little Christmas bells since high school and that one has always been my favorite of the MerriBells collection. When my mom died, I got her collection so I thought you would like the little Victorian girl.
LOL I want her to rub off on me, YOU are so creative... I also didn't realize the cardinal was on the bag.. but Yeah it was intentional 🤣🤣 I love watching your reactions and I am so glad that you enjoyed the gifts. Dan was giggling through this video with you sharing your love of paper. He says, "you all are birds of a feather"... I'm sure she would like that too." Thank you so much for including me in this. It has been the highlight of my December.
You still get it!? Wow! I re subscribed over here in England and it was not quite the same, but still very nice. I will never loosen my grip on my late 80s/90s copies….
❤📚🎄❤️ Another fun gift exchange. Love the socks! I don't know if they still have them but I have the Out of Print Library Card Tote in Natural that I use for the library ( librarians love it)! I also have the Library Card Mug in yellow. I love watching your excitement! The coasters are adorable! Yay! My friend Dayna and I collect the Christmas Victoria books. Enjoy!
I like the socks a lot because I have bought a bunch from Out of Print. I have Nancy Drew and Sherlock and some more. I also love the puzzle and coasters.
I love Melody Carlson also. I just read Christmas at Harrington's this month and loved it. Hope you enjoy it too. I am always sad when the hummingbirds leave also. It seemed liked they stayed an extra week or so this year. We also mix their food ourselves. We sometimes add a little extra sugar and they seem to really love that. I live in Tennessee so I don't live that far from South Carolina.
LOL!!! I finally got to the place where you showed the Victoria Christmas books! I’ve got the very same 1999! I have a few - surprise surprise - and I do absolutely love them. I want to inhabit that world LOL. So that is a totally cool thing to find. Those 1980s and 1990s editions of the magazine and the Christmas books are completely awesome! Truly great vintage cozy home decor with a Victorian twist! What more could you ask of life LOL! Thanks for shouting them out to me. PS NOTE TO SELF FIND SOME SOUTHERN LADY MAGS! Right now! 💃🏼🫶
I love it all! 😂 Huge fan and subscriber of Victoria (and Southern Lady and Tea Time)! Can I tell you, I’m currently reading Letters From Father Christmas for your Very Vintage Read along and it is just precious! 🎄
@@janetsmith8566 Right?! I've got a stack of them on my (non-working) radiator! I hate to let them go. 😬 I just got the Jan/Feb edition with all the Valentine's Day goodness (which, I'm not quite ready for, haha). ❤
This was soooo fun to watch! How fun to have a BIG Christmas box each wk! 2 No less! I want those Poe socks! He is one of my fave Poets. I have a few Eugenia Price bks. Savannah being one; haven't read it yet. She was A christian because one of her bks. I have is her testimony of coming to the Lord. Saw her grave. I prefer the ocean(being originally from Massachusetts). Lots of good bks! Hugs, Eileen🎄
Another fun video! A few years ago I read the Melody Carlson book but I can't remember what it was about. I guess I need a re-read. The little bell lady was my favorite. How is the Vintage Christmas readathon going? Have you started your Miracle on 34th Street voxer group yet?
I was just thinking about your Cardinals. They were my mom's favorite bird but we do not have them here in the Pacific Northwest. But Washington state is home to one hummingbird species year-round, the "Anna's" Hummingbird. The male is gorgeous with a vibrant green chest and a little red on his head. Our state bird is the Goldfinch... aren't they beautiful!!!!
That Melody Carlson book looks adorable!!! ❤Eileen
The socks
Leave them where they lay. Mine. 😂
