I don't think you can, because RUclips will usually say that the song and/or the visual content is copyrighted and it will effect your monetization {you probably wouldn't get paid if you used them}, and it might get blocked in a couple countries. (I don't know how they decide which countries can't see them, because I once had an edited Miraculous episode video with bits of music in it and they blocked it from like, over 50 countries because I had Miraculous clips in the background, and I had to try uploading it a few times to get it not blocked in the U.S., where I live. I guess I had problems with it because quite a bit of the clips were audible? It still kind of confuses me, lol. But AMV's/edits themselves usually for me only get blocked in 1-2 countries because of the songs I choose.) Unfortunately, the answer is probably a 'no', even though 9.99 times out of 10, people don't claim the music and video as items of their own making when editing AMV's; but other than not getting paid and maybe having 1-2 countries not see the completed video, most people seem to be able to still upload them and not have too many problems. I tried to get that too when I first started and then realized it popped up in most all the AMV descriptions .😊So, you’re not dumb, it’s just that I don’t think people really talk about it much and it seems like a reasonable assumption to think the creator of that video put it there. I’m pretty sure it’s RUclips trying to make sure people realize what song it is and who made it. 🙂
