This guy is incredibly cerebral. Nigerian's current electoral laws are flawed. Where on earth do You swear in a candidate before a disputed contest is settled. The INEC has demonstrated that it's incapable of conducting a free and fair elections and needs to be dissolved. It should be replaced with independent State and local election boards. Over centralization power is one of Nigeria's Achilles heels.
