Even more important (and often overlooked) aspect of point of view is focus. A story can change drastically if you simply shift narrative focus in the point of view:
a scene in a book can focus for a long time on the world-building details of the room, but it could also focus on describing the emotional atmosphere of the place, or the inner-workings of a character's mind in relation to the room. All of these can be done in all three narrative persons, and they can be in omniscient narration or limited narration, subjective or objective narration.
For example, the expressionist movement is characterized by a subjective, emotional point of view. In Kafka, we can see how that can be done in both third person, like in Metamorphosis, and in first person, like in Country Doctor. In Metamorphosis, he managed to portray subjectively emotional experience of the character through a dry style in limited third person narration. This worked amazingly because he put focus on the details of Samsa's life and Samsa's emotional world. This could have been done from first person, and eventually it becomes more an omniscient mode rather than limited mode. But because we focus on the plain details and absurd mental states of the character, we get the same story. If we instead started focusing on the lives of each person of the house and how they relate to the wider world without highlighting the details of the scenes and their impact on the characters, it would become a story that's a picture of families in 19th century's Prague in a magical, terrifying situation instead of a story of an anxious, cornered man whose dissatisfying life is magnified by a magical, terrifying situation.
Onto what the author points the view changes what narrative is being told, even though the plot, characters, and even other aspects of the point of view stays the same. This is where the lines between narrative modes and tone blur, but I'd argue there's still a tight connection to the point of view

Thanks for your comment! Definitely, the elements that the writer chooses to focus the reader's attention on are critical aspect of any good story. Point of View and how it relates to other aspects of the writing process is such an enormous topic that I kind of have to break it down into really specific videos. I am planning more like this one though and how PoV affects the choice of focus and detail is something I am definitely going to talk about!
