When choosing orchard trees, space is important. Our Kwai Muk on Kauai that I have tried were not great, at all. I would much prefer to give that space to another tree, like Chapadek. Sure there is a good fruit to be had but waiting years for a small, so so fruit is a waist of time and orchard space. Choose wisely, unless you have many acres to fill willy nilly. Aloha!
Fyi Passion Fruit or Lilikoi's as we call them in Hawaii actually increase their sugars off the vine, when the skin starts to wrinkle the sugar levels will be highest.
I usually love your videos, but the interruptions, man, didn't you notice? Your host had something to say, let him speak. I stopped at 5:40, I don't think it gets any better from there. Out of respect for younger people, I think you owe the gentleman another visit.
In Malaysia & indonesia, they use the Bilimbi to make Sambal (chilli paste). Also as replacement for tamarind in cooking.

No fruit yet but I sometimes see mini yellow jackfruits. I think they're unfertilized flowers

I wonder if Xain could grow the sour variety seedlings as a root stock and graft his one proven sweet variety onto those sour rootstocks?
